The renowned comedian, age 63, and her spouse John Denton are offering for sale their luxurious home situated in the affluent neighborhood of Elwood, with an estimated value ranging from $7.5 million to $8 million.
This magnificent house dates back to the 1880s and offers expansive living spaces, an underground wine storage area, and a verandah adorned with marbled tiles.
At the Tiuna Grove estate, you’ll find a large outdoor swimming pool and a beautifully tended garden. This picturesque space is enhanced by a thoughtful addition that boosts its value.
In the early 2000s, architecture firm Jackson Clements Burrows expanded the property by linking the initial house to its older stables located at the back via a contemporary extension. This new addition showcased wooden ceilings.
Suitable for both family gatherings and leisure activities, it boasts a spacious dining area, reading nook, and work-from-home space as well.
