As a seasoned observer of celebrity lives and their tumultuous journeys, I find myself both intrigued and slightly concerned by the recent developments surrounding Kanye West and his inner circle. The affidavit detailing erratic behavior, mood swings, paranoia, and violence is alarming, especially when coupled with allegations of self-administered nitrous gas.

A spokesperson for Kanye West has refuted claims, brought up in a court case, stating that the musician employed someone to track his wife Bianca Censori and gather information on the Kardashian clan.

On Thursday, a lawsuit was brought forth by an ex-employee of the 47-year-old rapper, who has denied recent rumors of his breakup with Censori, 29. This former employee alleges that West ordered him to engage private investigators to follow Censori during her travels overseas, as well as other questionable demands said to be unlawful.

On Friday, Page Six was informed by Kanye’s representative that a significant number of the points in his complaint are more like fanciful, untrue stories instead.

The representative added that the lawsuit, which alleges West’s misuse of nitrous oxide as well, is intentionally crafted to create embarrassment or exploit any perceived issues in Kanye West’s marriage.

The lawsuit, as reported by Rolling Stone, suggests that John Doe was responsible for tasks such as reducing potential risks for West, preventing negative publicity, handling investigations, and overseeing confidentiality agreements (NDAs), according to the allegations.

Apart from stating his findings, he asserts that his inquiries involved both Gerardo Censori and the Kardashian clan, which includes Kim Kardashian, West’s former spouse. It is alleged that private detectives were tasked to trail Censori at West’s behest.

The 22 page lawsuit filed in LA reads: ‘A particularly notable task by Ye was to have Doe hire private investigators to follow and ‘tail’ his wife, Bianca Censori, when she was traveling alone to visit family in Australia, without Ms. Censori’s knowledge.’

In May, Doe claims that West started showing unpredictable actions such as spending a significant amount, approximately $850,000, on a collection of titanium teeth, and firing the majority of his Yeezy management team, which included former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos. Furthermore, Yiannopoulos has accused West of being addicted to nitrous oxide.

Back then, when the world was buzzing about West, I couldn’t help but notice the rumors swirling around. They said he was taking nitrous oxide, and to me, it seemed like this could have influenced his choices during that period.

According to Ronald Zambrano, Doe’s legal representative, Doe maintains that there is a strong link between the use of nitrous oxide and the rise in feelings of paranoia and a siege mentality during the period when Doe was employed by West.

It was noted internally that an excessive amount of nitrous oxide was being sent to his residence.

The lawsuit alleges that Doe’s job termination occurred in mid-May, following a phone call from a teacher at Donda Academy who expressed worries about certain students’ safety.

According to Doe, he notified Yeezy’s leadership about the call, following which West is said to have called Doe almost instantly. The conversation allegedly turned aggressive, with West yelling, cursing, and threatening Doe, suggesting that he could inflict severe physical harm, even death, if Doe were to repeat what he had learned from the Donda employee.

In the lawsuit, it is claimed that West reportedly told Doe, “I consider you dead to me,” and played a tape with intimidating voices that threatened harm against Doe.

In the coming days, West allegedly started receiving threats from what seemed like his enforcers, which in turn rekindled his Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) stemming from his prior military service.

The lawsuit alleges that [Doe] suffered from panic attacks, excessive anxiety, and intense emotional turmoil, leading him to seek professional healthcare and admission into a healthcare facility for addressing his deteriorating mental condition.

West is being taken to court by Doe over claims of emotional distress, retaliation, and multiple breaches of California labor laws.

The plaintiff is seeking restitution of unpaid wages, attorneys’ fees, and general and punitive damages to be determined at trial.

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Kanye West and the Kardashians for comment.

Last month, I found myself making some shocking claims against a renowned rapper and his dental professional, Dr. Thomas P. Connelly, in a sworn statement submitted as part of a legal proceeding.

39-year-old Yiannopoulos, who parted ways with West in May following a two-year tenure, asserted that Kanye West is addicted to nitrous oxide, often referred to as ‘laughing gas.’ He further alleged that Connelly was cognizant of West’s psychological weaknesses and intentionally capitalized on them by providing the gas.

The document also alleges that Connelly persisted in providing the gas even after symptoms arose that caused worry among many, and he billed over $50,000 per month for this service.

It was reported that West’s increasing use of nitrous oxide, often referred to colloquially as ‘hippy crack’, which can produce sensations of intense happiness, caused worry among Yeezy staff. Furthermore, it was observed that the rapper frequently used an inhaler device and his messages became difficult to understand and inconsistent.

Notably, the career of an individual known as West has faced a significant decline due to anti-Semitic remarks. This downfall began with a highly offensive statement he made in 2022 about launching ‘death con 3’ against Jewish people. Consequently, his talent agency CAA, production company MRC, Adidas, Gap, and Balenciaga swiftly ended their association with him.

According to the affidavit, the characteristics linked to West’s frequently reported bipolar disorder and the consequences of long-term nitrous gas misuse appear remarkably alike. The symptoms mentioned include unpredictable actions, emotional ups and downs, suspiciousness, and aggressive behavior.

According to Yiannopoulos, an employee from the Yeezy company claimed to have observed Kanye West using nitrous oxide supplied by Connelly on his own.

As a diligent follower, I, Yiannopoulos, have stated that my role involves resolving enigmas and rectifying situations where others have stumbled. The affidavit I submitted aligns with a complaint I filed with the California Dental Board. This complaint alleges that Connelly engaged in reckless, unethical, dishonest, exploratory (curious or experimental), and, as far as I’m concerned, potentially illegal behavior.

He stated that he acted out of immediate worry for West’s well-being and safety, not only as an individual but also on behalf of several people who are closely associated with him.

Connelly’s representative informed TMZ that the statements from Yiannopoulos were not just inaccurate, but deliberately deceitful.

According to Connelly’s representative, Yiannopoulos fabricated those allegations merely to draw attention, and in the process, was trying to deliberately harm Connelly.

According to Connelly’s representative, the dentist adheres to both legal and moral guidelines and intends to keep doing so.

It has been suggested that the rumors of West and Censori planning a divorce were strategically spread to generate interest in his latest album.

On Monday, several reports surfaced indicating that the couple had quietly ended their relationship several weeks prior. The rapper is said to be prepared for a divorce from his spouse.

However, the duo were then pictured together in Japan just hours after split claims went public.

As a devoted follower, I’m sharing a perspective based on reports from trusted sources: It seems that rumors swirling about our two-year union might have been strategically orchestrated, serving as a tool to generate buzz for Kanye’s latest album launch.

Towards the end of last month, Ye unveiled his latest album titled “Bully” and premiered the track “Beauty and the Beast” at a gathering in China. Additionally, he put out the album “Vultures 2” back in August.

Over the past two decades, West has made a significant impact on the rap industry, selling an astounding 160 million records globally and earning himself 24 Grammy Awards.

He boasts two tracks, Stronger from 2007 and N***** in Paris (with Jay-Z) from 2011, both Diamond certified. Furthermore, all ten of his studio albums have attained a minimum certification of Gold.

In February 2024, the 10th studio album from him, titled Vultures 1, instantly climbed to the top of the charts upon its release. This achievement was made possible through a joint effort with Ty Dolla Sign under their hip-hop partnership known as ¥$.

Previously, there have been hints that a second installment of the album titled “Vultures 2” is being developed by West. The ongoing rumors about West’s musical retirement coincide with a series of legal troubles facing the rapper, primarily concerning his struggling Yeezy business empire.
