Kanye West reemerged for a casual breakfast date with wife Bianca Censori.
The 48-year-old rapper and his 31-year-old wife, an architect, began their day with a stop at Denny’s in Los Angeles on Saturday.
I’ve noticed a really interesting style contrast lately with one particular couple. He’s been all about comfort – think relaxed, dark clothing – while she’s taking things in a totally different direction! She’s been stepping out in bold looks, like a sleek catsuit with sheer tights and clear heels. It’s a cool mix of cozy and daring, and shows how a couple can express their individual styles even when coordinating outfits.
As Censori left the restaurant, she was looking at her phone and holding her car keys, with West right behind her.
The musician was spotted pulling the hood of his jacket over his head while walking with someone the morning after a night out at Chateau Marmont.
He was wearing a gray graphic T-shirt under his hoodie, along with leather pants and thick black sneakers.
This public appearance happened soon after Ye – formerly known as Kanye West – was seen out with his partner for the first time since being denied entry into the UK due to the controversy surrounding his antisemitic remarks.
Earlier this month, the government prevented West from traveling to London after a negative reaction to his scheduled performance at the Wireless Festival.
Kanye West hasn’t performed in the UK for more than ten years. His last UK show was headlining the Glastonbury Festival back in 2015.
The festival planned for July, which was supposed to last three days, was canceled. This led other venues across Europe to cut ties with the artist.
West requested permission to travel to the UK electronically on April 6th, but his request was denied.
Britain’s Home Secretary, Shabana Mahmood, blocked the rapper from entering the country to perform at the festival, stating that his presence would be harmful to the public interest.
Keir Starmer stated he realizes now it was a mistake for him to speak at the Wireless festival and reaffirmed his strong support for the Jewish community in the face of antisemitism.
As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following the controversy surrounding Kanye West, and it’s become clear why many are calling for a separation from his work. His recent actions – things like releasing a song with deeply offensive lyrics and publicly displaying hateful imagery – have understandably caused widespread outrage and led to calls for accountability. It’s a difficult situation, but ultimately, we’re seeing people refusing to support behavior that promotes hate and antisemitism.
Therefore, the event has been cancelled, and everyone who bought tickets will receive a full refund.
A festival spokesperson said that, like with all Wireless Festival bookings, they consulted with various parties before booking YE and received no negative feedback at the time.
We strongly condemn antisemitism in all its forms and understand the hurt it causes. As YE stated today, he realizes simply saying sorry isn’t enough, but he still wants to have a dialogue with the Jewish community in the UK.
West stated he intended to demonstrate change by his deeds and planned to meet with members of the Jewish community in London before his concert in Finsbury Park – his first UK performance in over a decade.
Following the travel ban, West postponed a gig in France and his concert in Poland was canceled.
After making antisemitic remarks, West has been trying to rebuild his public image in recent weeks. He recently published a full-page apology in the Wall Street Journal, explaining his statements were a result of lasting effects from a brain injury he reportedly sustained in a car accident in 2002.
After releasing a brief statement, West returned to X an hour and a half later with a more detailed post. In it, he repeated his commitment to showing that he had reformed and made progress in his recovery process.
West acknowledged it will likely take time for people to believe he’s truly sorry and committed to making things right. He stated he accepts full responsibility for his actions, but doesn’t want to involve his fans in the situation.
My fans mean the world to me, and I’m excited for our upcoming shows. I can’t wait to see everyone soon, wherever you are!
