As someone who’s seen a lot of trends come and go, let me tell you, I completely agree with Joan Collins! I would never consider using weight-loss drugs. I’ve witnessed firsthand how they can really take a toll on people’s appearance – it can be quite disastrous, honestly. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise is always the best route, in my opinion.

Medications like Ozempic and Wegovy have gained widespread popularity recently, with millions of people using them to help with weight loss.

However, Joan stated she doesn’t plan to join the trend and believes those wanting to lose weight should just eat less instead.

She told Hello! magazine that she avoids cosmetic procedures like Botox, stating she ‘doesn’t believe in needles’ and has never had anything injected into her face.

She also spoke about Ozempic, saying she would never consider using it. She’s seen too many people experience negative and noticeable physical changes from it.

To lose weight, you need to reduce your calorie intake, but it’s important to still enjoy life. Nobody wants to be stuck eating only bland, restrictive foods.

Joan spoke out after Kelly Osbourne criticized online trolls for making unkind comments about her weight loss at the Brit Awards over the weekend.

These actions don’t demonstrate strength, but rather a serious lack of integrity. I’m facing an incredibly difficult period right now, and I shouldn’t have to justify my actions. However, I refuse to let anyone treat me with such disrespect.

Kelly recently responded to online criticism about her weight loss before attending the Brits with her mother, Sharon, calling out those who were ‘body-shaming’ her.
