Jessica Alba turned 45 on Tuesday and marked the occasion with a celebratory post on Instagram.

The actress known for playing in The Fantastic Four recently celebrated her birthday with family and friends in Los Angeles, after being spotted having coffee with the husband of a star from The Bachelor.

The actress was accompanied by her boyfriend, Danny Ramirez, who is 33 years old, and she affectionately acknowledged him as her ‘love’ during the event.

In one image, Alba took part in a lighthearted birthday dinner with her loved ones and pals. 

She beamed as she posed with Ramirez, while her three children were seated nearby. This seems to be the first time she’s shared a photo on social media with both her partner and kids all together.

Alba and her ex-husband, Cash Warren, recently finalized their divorce in February. They share three children: Honor, who is 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, who is eight.

The actress was joined in the black-and-white photo by her family: her father, Mark, her mother, Catherine, and her brother, Joshua.

During dinner, Alba thought about how lucky she was to have such wonderful children.

In a brief video, she spoke to the other guests, saying, ‘I believe the greatest gift I’ve received is the amazing people who have taught me so much about life and purpose.’

I’ve been thinking about the meaning of life, what’s truly important, and how lucky I am to have my parents.

Honestly, hearing her say that just hit me. It’s like, she totally gets it! There’s no manual for life, you know? No step-by-step guide for raising kids, building a career, or even chasing what you really want. It’s just…you just have to try, and hope you’re doing your best. It’s so real, and it makes me feel…seen, somehow.

The actress concluded her speech by thanking both of her parents. 

Alba wore a black, sleeveless outfit to the birthday dinner, and a large cake with white icing was set before her.

The celebrity enjoyed a delicious snack while hanging out with friends at what looked like the Beverly Hills Hotel.

A small slice of chocolate cake was placed in front of her while a lit candle was placed on top. 

In a separate slide, Alba was filmed making a wish before blowing out the candle.

She looked effortlessly chic in a white satin top, a dark brown blazer, and gold hoop earrings.

The actress shared a collection of old photos of herself, spanning her career, alongside some of her favorite inspirational quotes.

The actress shared her thanks and enthusiasm for what the future holds.

She shared birthday wishes on her Instagram Stories, reposting messages from her close friends and famous acquaintances, including a sweet message from her partner.

Ramirez posted a sweet picture of himself kissing Jessica Alba on the cheek, making her smile brightly. He captioned the photo with a birthday message, writing, ‘Happy birthday mi amor @jessicaalba.’

Alba and Ramirez were first seen together in July 2025 while on vacation in Mexico, sparking relationship rumors.

That same month, a source told People that the pair’s relationship was just ‘casual.’ 

According to a source, she’s starting to see if there’s potential with Danny. They’re keeping things light right now, but there’s definitely a spark between them.

And just recently, in October, they finally made their first official public appearance as a couple on the red carpet at the Mill Valley Film Festival – alongside some friends, of course! Just last month, Alba and Ramirez enjoyed another relaxing trip to Mexico.

About two weeks ago, the couple shared a romantic kiss while on a casual date in Los Angeles, and her youngest child was with them.

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren separated in January 2025, and she filed for divorce a month later after being married for 16 years. The divorce was completed this February.

The ex-couple didn’t have a prenuptial agreement, and they’ve both decided not to receive or pay spousal support.

Alba and Warren have agreed to share custody of their children. As part of their divorce settlement, Warren will receive $3 million, with $1.5 million already paid to him in February.
