Okay, awesome news for anyone who loves Unforgotten! They’ve officially started filming the seventh series. Sanjeev Bhaskar and Sinéad Keenan are back as DI Sunny Khan and DCI Jess James, and it sounds like they’re tackling another really complicated and emotional cold case. Basically, more of the gripping stuff we all love from the show!
The show will introduce a new group of characters, and hints suggest they’re all hiding troubling pasts. Sophie Rundle, currently starring in the second season of After the Flood, will play a social worker struggling with her own issues. Joining her are Kirsty J Curtis (Joan), Julian Rhind-Tutt (Green Wing) and Natalie Simpson.
