I’m a huge fan of Taylor Sheridan – honestly, he’s become one of the biggest names on TV! And this week just proves how much control he has over streaming content. It’s amazing to think his Hollywood journey actually started as an actor. He was in Sons of Anarchy, but when things didn’t work out with pay, he made a brilliant move and focused on writing instead. That’s when everything really took off!
Taylor Sheridan’s films – Sicario (2015), Hell or High Water (2016), and Wind River (2017) – received widespread acclaim, and his screenplay for Hell or High Water earned him his first Oscar nomination. In 2018, he expanded his exploration of complex morality and violence in the American West to television, co-creating the critically acclaimed neo-Western series Yellowstone with John Linson.
Yellowstone quickly became popular thanks to its high production values and broad appeal. It has since grown into a larger universe with two prequel shows—1883 and 1923—and two spinoffs, Marshals and Dutton Ranch, with more new series currently being developed.
I’ve become a huge fan of Taylor Sheridan – beyond the Yellowstone universe, he’s created so many other fantastic series. I’ve really enjoyed shows like Mayor of Kingstown, Tulsa King, Lawmen: Bass Reeves, Lioness, Landman, and The Madison. While they aren’t releasing new episodes at this very moment, they’re still incredibly popular and consistently rank among the most-streamed shows, which says a lot about their quality.
5 Taylor Sheridan Shows Are On Paramount+’s Top 10 Most-Watched List
Taylor Sheridan’s shows are incredibly popular on Paramount+, currently making up half of the platform’s top 10 most-watched series worldwide, according to FlixPatrol. These include Yellowstone at number one, followed by Dutton Ranch at two, Tulsa King at four, Marshals at seven, and Landman rounding out the list at ten.
The continued strong viewership of Tulsa King and Landman is impressive, considering their latest seasons finished months ago – Tulsa King‘s in late 2025 and Landman‘s in early 2026. While both shows have been renewed for another season (Tulsa King season 4 and Landman season 3), we don’t yet know when the new episodes will air.
| Paramount+’s Global Top 10 Most-Watched List (July 22, 2026) | ||
|---|---|---|
| # | Title | Taylor Sheridan series? |
| 1. | Yellowstone | Yes |
| 2. | Dutton Ranch | Yes |
| 3. | South Park | No |
| 4. | Tulsa King | Yes |
| 5. | Criminal Minds | No |
| 6. | The Agency | No |
| 7. | Marshals | Yes |
| 8. | Sabrina, the Teenage Witch | No |
| 9. | From | No |
| 10. | Landman | Yes |
It’s no surprise that Dutton Ranch and Marshals are performing well, as they’re both new spin-offs of Yellowstone, having premiered this year. While some viewers may still be finishing the first season of Dutton Ranch (which concluded July 3rd), Marshals was already a hit on television – it was the most-watched network show of the recent season, despite mixed reviews. This success likely carried over to its streaming performance.
What’s most remarkable is that Yellowstone still managed to become the number one show. It’s impressive considering its finale aired nearly two years ago, and with so many streaming options available today, it’s rare for a series to remain popular for this long. Plus, Yellowstone reached the top spot on Paramount+ even though it doesn’t stream there in the US; instead, it’s available on Peacock because of a separate agreement.
There’s More Taylor Sheridan To Come In 2026
Taylor Sheridan is absolutely dominating Paramount+ right now – five of his shows are already in their top ten! But he’s not stopping there. Get ready for even more, because we have two new seasons coming this year. First up, I’m particularly excited about Lioness, a spy thriller focusing on female CIA agents, which hits screens August 2nd, 2026. Then, in October – specifically October 4th, 2026 – we’ll be back with season two of Marshals. Sheridan clearly isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
There could be even more shows coming soon. Many believe season 4 of Tulsa King will arrive later this year. Production has finished on seasons 2 of The Madison and the fifth and final season of Mayor of Kingstown, so those could be released in 2026. Plus, seasons 3 of Landman and 2 of Dutton Ranch have been approved, and a Tulsa King spin-off called Frisco King is also in the works. It’s possible that Taylor Sheridan could eventually have all ten shows on Paramount+’s most popular list.
