Larry Emdur’s son, Jye, recently introduced his new girlfriend, Emily Kaufman, who was a finalist in the Miss Universe Australia NSW competition this year.
The 32-year-old real estate agent playfully responded to a series of intimate photos the woman posted on Instagram of them together.
‘Lucky ME,’ the model gushed in reply.
Emily shared a collection of recent photos, including a sweet and romantic picture of her and her partner embracing and gazing at each other, with the caption ‘Sharing is caring’.
Emily looked beautiful in the photo, wearing a flattering maxi dress. Her new boyfriend looked handsome in a relaxed outfit of trousers and a yellow shirt.
She also posted a fun video of herself enjoying some take-out gelato, and she couldn’t help but laugh with happiness.
It’s unclear how long the woman has been seeing Jye, especially since he ended his relationship with Taylor Jones last year.
Emily, originally from Taiwan but raised in Australia since she was two, generally keeps her relationships private.
Emily recently graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney with a Performing Arts and Entertainment Industries degree, completing her studies in 2023 after starting in 2021. She is now represented by the Wink Models agency.
In 2024, she gained attention as a finalist in the Miss Universe Australia competition, representing New South Wales as one of seven contenders.
In August 2023, an anonymous source revealed to The Daily Telegraph that Jye was available and looking for a new relationship after officially ending things with Taylor.
In 2024, Jye began dating real estate agent Bella Todman, and they publicly confirmed their relationship in December.
They shared a lot of photos showing they were together, but it’s unclear exactly when they broke up.
Jye Emdur, who used to be a model, is the oldest child of popular television personality Larry Emdur and his wife, Sylvie.
The prominent Sydney couple, who have been married since 1995, also share a daughter, Tia.
The 26-year-old gained attention in 2022 when she revealed she was getting married to her boyfriend of many years, Rowell Jauco.
Shortly after Larry, 61, shared the news of his daughter’s engagement, he mentioned that the future groom asked for his blessing before proposing.
Larry shared online how all he wants for his daughter is for her to find someone who will love, respect, and care for her as much as he has always tried to.
He went on to say, ‘Our friend has arrived, which is wonderful news. Congratulations to both of you on your engagement!’
Rowell, I appreciate you being traditional and asking for my permission to propose to Tia.
The happy couple later wed at a lavish wedding at St Mary’s Cathedral in Sydney in February 2024.
