Inside Scott and Kelley Wolf’s troubled marriage – actor swerved jail days before split as neighbor tells of WEEKS of 911 calls

A neighbor reported that Scott Wolf and his wife Kelley regularly had a consistent law enforcement presence at their residence in Utah, suggesting that their marriage had been experiencing difficulties for several months.

48-year-old Kelley publicly declared their separation on Instagram a week ago, the day following when her former spouse submitted divorce papers on June 9th.

The news broke a month following the reckless driving charge against Scott, aged 57, and mere days preceding a series of 911 calls originating from his family residence, encompassing complaints of trespassing as well as someone being strangled.

Kelley later shared shocking footage to Instagram showing her being detained by police on June 13.

According to an exclusive source, the neighbor reported that Scott and Kelly’s marital relationship appears to be deteriorating significantly over the past few months. There have been frequent sightings of the police at their residence, day and night.

On several occasions throughout the year, authorities had to be summoned due to incidents of disputes that involved Kelley, Scott, his sibling Michael, and their offspring.

A distressing 911 call made on June 13, acquired by DailyMail.com, indicated that an unnamed female friend sought help from Utah County Sheriff deputies due to her worries about Kelley’s deteriorating mental health state, which she described as ongoing for ‘several weeks to months.’

Last night, they informed the dispatcher about Kelly, who was lodged at the beautiful Sundance Resort, that she mentioned suicide twice. They expressed deep concern, stating, “I’m worried she might carry out this threat.

As a dedicated follower, I was briefly held by deputies from the Utah County Sheriff’s Office before being taken to a nearby hospital and handed over to their medical care.

A while later, police responded to a domestic dispute at the shared residence of Kelley and Scott in Park City. The altercation within their family had occurred first.

The police report acquired by DailyMail.com indicates that the personal development coach had a verbal argument with her brother-in-law, Michael Wolf (as confirmed by a separate call log), around 2:50 am.

It seems that Kelley asked to leave the house, stating he had ‘violated’ its boundaries. However, his brother-in-law pointed out that he was ‘allowed to reside in the house,’ likely by Scott, who is ‘among the property’s owners.’

In addition, it was stated in a police report that Kelley engaged in a ‘tangible altercation’ with one of her three children. The author, who tied the knot with Scott in 2004, is the mother of Jackson (age 16), Miller (age 12), and Lucy (age 11) with the actor.

She is said to have forcibly held her son, Jackson (as mentioned in a 911 call), by his wrists until she caused scratches on his arm, following an incident where he raised his phone above a tub of water and threatened to dial 911.

The ‘juvenile son’ told police that ‘her grabbing his wrist did physically hurt.’ 

Since no criminal charges were filed, the authorities intervened to maintain order and facilitated Kelley’s departure from the premises.

According to a 911 call recording published by TMZ, Kelly requested help in gathering her things due to a heated dispute with Jackson about a mobile phone that had ensued between them.

She asserted that she didn’t feel secure at her residence, alleging that her brother-in-law had manipulated her kids into believing she was unfaithful and dishonest.

During their marriage, it was not uncommon for Kelley to voice accusations towards Scott, claiming he exhibited controlling behaviors and insanity. Lately, these traits had become so intense that she found herself needing to frequently depart from their shared household.

The June 13 police report contained details about an alleged assault on March 6, 2025 that happened at Scott and Kelley‘s residence. While the names have been blacked out, it seems to involve the estranged pair, as references such as ‘their son’ and other hints in the report suggest a past domestic incident.

In the report, it was stated that someone had wrapped their hands around another person’s neck, yet the pressure applied wasn’t intense enough to cut off blood or breath circulation.

In this scenario, the son of the individuals in question saw the attack unfold and spoke with law enforcement officials, alongside the person who was attacked. However, the victim decided they no longer wanted to press charges, which meant that the case was not forwarded to the County Attorney’s Office for further investigation or prosecution.

On a related occurrence on June 8th, authorities were summoned in response to complaints about an intruder. It appears that Kelly had asked her brother-in-law to leave her premises because she didn’t wish for his presence.

The man, who is Scott’s brother-in-law, mentioned that he had come to town specifically to look after their three kids since Scott was occupied with work in Los Angeles.

He suggested his concern that the children might not be safe when left alone with [redacted], but investigations by authorities found no evidence suggesting any danger to the children’s safety or welfare, as per the report.

Previously, on May 31st, a 11-minute welfare inspection took place at their residence, which concluded without providing any additional information.

The very next day, at approximately 5:39 pm, I found myself once more on high alert, my heart pounding with worry. You see, I’d become quite the concerned fan, and a male juvenile had raised an alarm – his mother was thirty minutes past due, and he was at a loss as to who else to reach out to.

Kelly (whose name has been partially withheld) declared that she experienced what seemed like a health incident or attack, but she didn’t require immediate medical attention.

According to the report, she stated that her divorce from her spouse led to emotional difficulties within the family.

The summons arrived a few days following the incident when Party of Five actor Scott was detected exceeding the speed limit along Utah Highway State Route 191, which occurred on May 11.

Based on an exclusive report from DailyMail.com, the actor had been traveling at approximately twice the speed limit (128 mph) within a zone that allowed for only 65 mph.

The officer who gave Scott a ticket stated that he was driving quickly due to an urgent need for his child to relieve themselves. They added that there were no signs of intoxication or impairment.

Based on court documents, Wolf admitted guilt on May 23rd. Five days after this, the judge declared him guilty of Reckless Driving, which is classified as a Class B Misdemeanor. As a result, he was given a five-day prison sentence. However, the judge mentioned that if he paid a fine of $690, his prison term would not be served.

As of June 13, the payment has been received and his jail term was suspended. 

Additionally, he was given a six-month period under court supervision. This implies that he will be monitored by probation officers and must keep the court informed of his current residential address at all times.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Scott and Kelley for comment.

When DailyMail.com sought additional comments from the family, Gary Wolf, another brother of Scott, politely chose not to provide a comment, stating that the family prefers to manage this matter privately.

kelley recently spoke up regarding the media coverage of her divorce, expressing her request through an Instagram post: “Could everyone, for now on, refrain from discussing me and my family unless you’re prepared to engage in a mature dialogue?

In another posted one hour later she claimed she had been held against her will.

In her own words, she expressed, “Their reason? ‘I’m concerned about you.’ Incredible. They can just keep that thought,'” followed by, “Note to self: I’ve been mourning this marriage for a long time now. This isn’t avoidance—it’s acceptance. I’ve moved beyond the sorrow. I’m deep into the recovery. Indeed.

Approximately five months before the divorce was filed, Scott disclosed the difficulties he and Kelly encountered over the past few years.

He shared with UsWeekly that his family has faced some challenging times over the last few years. This phase has been peculiar for many, causing us to feel somewhat adrift, moving from place to place frequently. During this time, I’ve observed my kids navigating through it all.
