Influencer’s husband gets wrapped up in court case as he sues employer of 22 years over alleged unfair dismissal

Ben Azar, who is married to Indy Clinton, is taking legal action against his former employer, Savills. He was let go after working there for over 22 years.

The father of three claims he was wrongly fired by his real estate agency, violating workplace protections. He has been married to 28-year-old influencer Clinton for six years.

I’ve been following this case, and it looks like Azar is taking legal action, claiming they were unfairly dismissed. According to The Daily Telegraph, their court filings from March 27th state they’re arguing this under the general protections provisions of the law. It’s a really concerning situation, and I’m hoping they get a fair hearing.

These violations happen when an employer unfairly punishes an employee for illegal reasons.

Daily Mail has reached out to Azar, Clinton and Savills for further comment. 

This follows Hillary Clinton publicly sharing her worries about her three young children starting school, a moment where she became visibly emotional during an interview.

The Australian influencer shared her worries in a TikTok video, confessing she felt completely unprepared for this big moment.

Indy started to cry and explained she wasn’t prepared to be a mother. Her child is due to start school in two weeks, and she admitted she doesn’t even understand basic school terms like ‘P&C’ (Parents and Citizens).

You know, I talk to a lot of parents, and it really struck a chord when this mom shared that she just felt completely overwhelmed by everything that needed to be done to get the kids ready for school. She actually got emotional admitting it – and honestly, that’s so relatable! It’s easy to get buried under the to-do list, isn’t it? It’s a good reminder that it’s okay to feel that way and to ask for help.

She wondered if her responsibilities – packing a lunchbox, morning tea, and a snack – meant she wouldn’t have time to volunteer at swimming carnivals.

‘I can’t do maths, so how do I help with homework? I genuinely don’t know my times tables!’

Many of Indy’s followers took to the comments section to share their advice.

‘Hot tip: Befriend mums that know what they are doing,’ one person wrote.

‘Good news, you can learn your times tables together,’ another suggested.
