There’s trouble for the I’m A Celebrity final: Jimmy Bullard might lose a fifth of his pay if he doesn’t participate.

The 47-year-old former footballer is not expected to attend Friday night’s final after a heated argument with Adam Thomas, which will be shown on Tuesday’s episode.

Adam and Jimmy had a major argument during a challenge on the show last year while filming in South Africa. The disagreement was reportedly so intense that hosts Ant and Dec had to intervene, and the two men are still not talking to each other.

According to a source, the situation is unfortunate, and both individuals involved regret their actions.

It’s really terrible – Jimmy’s even said he won’t perform on Friday, and as a result, he’ll lose out on his full payment.

‘Jimmy snubbed going to the All Stars press launch last month so everyone knows he’s serious.’

According to a source close to the situation, Jimmy is firmly set against getting back together with Adam and is ready to face whatever happens as a result.

Sources indicate his future TV work is uncertain. He may be viewed as a risk and unreliable by networks due to recent issues.

Daily Mail has contacted representatives of Jimmy Bullard and ITV for comment. 

Adam and Jimmy are paired together in the Bushtucker Trial during Thursday’s episode.    

Oh my gosh, you guys, I was dying after Monday’s episode! They left us hanging with a little sneak peek of a HUGE fight between them during one of the Bushtucker Trials. Seriously, I’ve been replaying that tiny clip over and over – it looked absolutely explosive!

During a heated confrontation, Adam angrily shouted at Jimmy, 47, ‘Are you kidding me? I’m in there being swarmed by ants!’

The retired soccer player looked shocked that the actor had changed position, and his efforts to calm him down only annoyed Adam further, as Ashley Roberts observed the situation.

He tells him: ‘woah, calm down. That’s pathetic’.  

The trial began with the loud blast of a vuvuzela. Everyone else immediately started participating, but Jimmy remained still.

Ant and Dec try to encourage him, but Jimmy stays frozen. 

‘Boys, I don’t think I’ve got it in me,’ he says.

The test was going well, with Adam managing to move the first piece on the abacus, but it was abruptly halted when Jimmy jokingly shouted ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ This led to a disagreement between Jimmy and Adam.

As Ant and Dec announced the trial was paused and asked the celebrities to leave, Ashley wondered aloud, ‘What happens now?’

Jimmy and Adam continue their heated discussion, while the rest of the campmates watch on.

The conflict between them forces the other campmates to make a crucial choice, ultimately deciding someone’s future in camp.
