As a dedicated fan of both Post Malone’s music and the gripping world of Hunt: Showdown, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming collaboration, “Post Malone’s Murder Circus” in Hunt: Showdown 1896! Having logged countless hours in the game myself, I can only imagine the adrenaline-pumping, heart-stopping experiences that await us in this twisted carnival-inspired world.
Musician Post Malone, known for his love of the game Hunt: Showdown (with over 400 hours played), will soon join the ranks of Hunt: Showdown 1896. In this new venture, he’ll step into the role of a former Outcast Ringmaster who has been dethroned as King.
In this rendition, let’s say that Malone assumes the role of the ‘Ringleader of the Carnival’, where his peculiar human companions make up an unsettling entourage you’ll encounter throughout the game in its blighted terrains marred by Corruption. Known as ‘Post Malone’s Dark Circus’, this joint project will lead you through a horrifying realm, where a once-traveling carnival has been corrupted by the HelioStone.
The collaboration will also unveil a fresh monster called ‘Ursa Mortis’ – these are ferocious, abandoned bear cubs that have been distorted and misshapen by the HelioStone. Additionally, new hunter costumes themed around this concept, unique weapon modifications, new adversaries, and other elements will be incorporated, all aligning with the overall “carnival-inspired ambiance of the surreal”.

The game, Hunt: Showdown 1896, has always been about delivering an engaging, high-stakes gaming experience. With Post Malone’s Murder Circus, we’re taking that experience to a deeper, more intense level in the Hunt universe.
