Hunt For Rare Sparkly Treasures in MH Wilds!
In Monster Hunter Wilds, Sparkly Treasures are among the scarcely obtained trade goods for players. Fortunately, there are numerous spots where these items can be collected, but keep in mind that the probability of finding a Sparkly Treasure is quite low. Therefore, be prepared to spend a considerable amount of time gathering them over an extended period.
If you intend to gather tradeable items in the MH Wilds, it’s crucial that you have both perseverance and good fortune on your side. Fortunately, there are strategies to boost your chances of finding Sparkly Treasures; understanding the optimal moments for treasure hunting is key, and if you’re curious about maximizing your haul of Sparkly Treasures, here’s a brief guide to assist you.
MH Wilds: Sparkly Treasure Location
Sparkly Gems can be discovered within the Crimson Woodland. More precisely, they are uncommon loot from spots designated as Weathered Treasure collection points. These places are frequently submerged or hidden in old ruins. If you’re struggling to locate these collection points, you can utilize the Filters option on your map to accurately mark their positions.
To access the Filters function, simply navigate to your map and press the Left or Right arrow keys (or use A/D if you’re using a mouse and keyboard). This action will display a list containing various items in your current location such as gathering spots, assorted Slinger ammo types, and the monsters present at that moment.
To find the Shimmering Loot, head towards the hidden lake concealed by a waterfall close to the Wudwud Camouflage Spot. Once there, plunge into the water and scrutinize the area for signs of Olden Riches.
Best Time and Environment Condition
To get the most Weathered Treasure collection spots in the Scarlet Forest, look for any upcoming “Weathered Treasure Boom” events by examining the Environment Overview section of your map’s timeline.
In other maps similar to Genesis Opals, and within the Scarlet Forest, Weathered Treasure Upsurges often occur near nighttime during the Season of Plenty. These events can begin up to 10 or 20 minutes after being triggered, leaving you no option but to wait patiently for them to start.
Once more, the Sparkly Treasures are quite scarce, while interfacing with Weathered Treasure collection spots usually yields Shiny Treasures instead.
Fishing

You can find Sparkly Treasures by successfully capturing Gastronome Tunas. First, acquire some Tuff Joint Bait and then venture to any deep fishing sites within Area 17. Keep in mind that catching a Gastronome Tuna might yield Sparkly Treasure (along with other items).
Material Retrieval
After activating Plumpeach as your Material Gathering NPC, you can request them to collect various items while you attend to other tasks. If you specify that Plumpeach should gather random items, they may occasionally find some Shiny Relics for you.
