Okay, so the Dragon’s Breath Mystic Skill in Where Winds Meet is seriously awesome – one of my favorites! But getting it isn’t exactly straightforward. You have to go to a specific place in the game, and honestly, it takes a little while to even start the quest to unlock it. It’s a bit of a grind, but totally worth it when you’re blasting enemies with dragon breath!

It’s definitely worth learning, as this special skill gives your attacks a fiery effect, fitting for its name. This guide will teach you everything about the Dragon’s Breath Mystic Skill in Where Winds Meet.

How To Get Dragon’s Breath Mystic Skill

To learn the Dragon’s Breath skill in Where Winds Meet, you need to complete the Dragon’s Breath Wandering Tales quest. You can start this quest by finding and speaking with Luo Jiu and Kongkong. They’re both located on the first floor of Beast Reverie, which is in the southeast section of the Fairgrounds area of Kaifeng City.

Someone named Liang Yuan from the Straw Shoes Camp has taken Luo Jiu’s travel journal, called ‘Toehari’. If you can retrieve it for him, Liang Yuan will teach you the Dragon’s Breath Mystic skill.

Where To Find Liang Yuan

To find Liang Yuan and Luo Jiu’s Travelogue: Toehari, head to the Straw Shoes Camp on South Gate Avenue, which is west of the Main South Gate Boundary Stone fast travel point. You’ll find Liang Yuan ahead.

Okay, so when I’m sneaking up on Liang Yuan, I need to use the Celestial Seize skill to pickpocket his Travelogue: Toehari. Basically, I’m grabbing it right out of his pocket!

Make sure no one sees what you’re doing. If you’re caught, you’ll be turned in to the police, arrested, and you’ll probably have to participate in a public apology parade to get released from jail quickly.

Return To Luo Jiu

In Where Winds Meet, the Travelogue: Toehari and Luo Jiu will reveal how to learn the Dragon’s Breath skill. However, it won’t be available immediately – you’ll need to progress further to unlock it.

Open your Journal, then select ‘Wandering Tales’. You should now see the quest is finished and you can collect your rewards.

Completing the Dragon’s Breath quest in Where Winds Meet will reward you with the Dragon’s Breath Skill, plus 20 Echo Jade, 10 Kaifeng Explorations, 1500 Coins, and 1500 XP.
