Unfortunately, Elden Ring: Nightreign doesn’t offer crossplay functionality at this time, which means you can’t play with individuals across different platforms. To access this, navigate to the multiplayer section within the expedition table as you usually do to invite friends, but instead of choosing multiplayer, opt for solo play at the bottom of the menu. Then, you may pick any expedition and jump right into it without needing to find companions.

Choosing an expedition might lead one to believe they’d be going it alone, but instead, it places you in a group – multiplayer mode is actually the preferred playstyle for Nightreign. Adjusting the settings alters this feature, essentially turning off the auto-matchmaking system.
