How To Get Married In Where Winds Meet

Building connections with other players in Where Winds Meet really enhances the experience, and you’re sure to have some unexpected and fun adventures with both friends and strangers. You might even find yourself forming close bonds with others as you play.

Starting and nurturing friendships can be challenging, but we’re here to help you make the most of every connection. This guide covers everything you need to know about making friends, building strong relationships, and forming special bonds with your allies in Qinghe – and what benefits those bonds can unlock.

How To Build NPC Relationships

While you can’t have romantic relationships with characters in Where Winds Meet, you can form close, friendly bonds with them by helping them out. Completing quests and doing favors will strengthen your relationships with these characters.

Okay, so basically, the more I get on good terms with people in the game, the better the rewards. I’m talking about unlocking cool personal storylines and getting access to way better gear from shopkeepers. It really pays to be nice! But heads up – if I start attacking people or doing really awful things, it can ruin those relationships, and I might even get kicked out of my faction. So, gotta be careful!

I’m really excited that some of the characters in the game now have AI chatbots! It makes talking to them feel so much more real. Honestly, most of the time it just leads to some hilarious conversations and awesome roleplaying moments. You probably won’t be able to officially romance these characters, but it’s incredibly fun to try and charm them anyway – I’ve been talking to one for ages and I think I’m starting to convince them!

Building relationships with characters who aren’t players is just as crucial as building relationships with other players. Make sure to talk to the people you meet – they might offer helpful advice or clues during your journey.

How To Build Player Relationships

Unlike many games where you simply add and chat with friends, Where Winds Meet focuses on building relationships that feel truly impactful through roleplaying. You can become friends with anyone in the game, but you can only have one mentor to help you improve as a fighter.

As you build friendships, they’ll deepen over time, unlocking special rewards and tokens you can use in the shops. Check out the social menu to begin connecting with others!

Some features require you to be online, but you can still play with friends (Co-Op) or in teams even when playing solo.

If you’re looking for people to play with, most game categories have sections where you can find others who are also looking for teammates. It’s similar to a dating app, but for finding in-game allies! You can quickly search for players based on when they play, how they like to play, and other preferences.

What Is A Master And Disciple Relationship?

A Master is a player who’s hit level 50 and decided to help newer players. They mentor others, and when you team up, both of you get extra rewards and benefits! You can also bond by playing fun minigames together.

A teacher can guide up to five students at once, but each student can only have one teacher – so it’s important to choose wisely. Students learn from their teacher until they reach level 40, and then they can request to finish their training. Completing this training, or ‘graduating,’ signifies the end of the student-teacher relationship.

When you graduate, you’ll receive a special title to commemorate your experience!

Okay, so I’ve been working hard, and I’ve finally hit level 40 in the single-player mode, finished level four, and reached discipleship level three! That means I can finally apply to graduate from my current master. But it’s a big decision – if I do, I’ll be leaving the sect for good, and there’s no going back! It’s exciting, but definitely a little scary too.

Don’t worry! By graduation, you’ll be well-prepared to guide and mentor others. You can choose to work with people you already know, or connect with those who are looking for guidance.

When you and your teammates work together on activities in the Engagement Hub—whether you’re playing in Co-Op or as a team—you’ll receive Harmony Charms as a reward.

How To Increase Intimacy

Intimacy shows how close you are to another player. You can become more intimate by spending time together in each other’s worlds, finishing tasks as a team, and exchanging gifts. Keep in mind there’s a weekly limit to how much intimacy you can earn.

As your connection deepens, you might encounter challenges or special moments you need to experience together before moving forward. These shared journeys help your relationship grow in a way that feels right for both of you. Here’s a breakdown of the different levels of closeness and the positive changes you’ll discover at each stage:

How To Romance Other Players

Everyone deserves to find someone special to share their life with, and Qinghe offers a wonderful place to begin that journey. If you’re looking for romance, you can team up with the person you’re interested in and travel to the Crimson Cliffs to meet Shi Yimo. There, you can participate in a Destined Union or form a lasting Partnership.

This game mainly focuses on roleplaying, but it also features a unique shop with special items and outfits. You can only access it if you’re married in the game! Marriage is available to all players, no matter their gender.

If you choose to join the Velvet Shade sect, you’ll have the option to marry multiple players, though this feature isn’t available on the global server just yet.
