How to Get Butterfly Palico Armor in Monster Hunter Wilds

In the virtual world of Monster Hunter Wilds lies an exciting event called The Festival of Accord: Blossomdance. This event offers a plethora of thrilling rewards for participants, and among these, the Butterfly Palico armor set is particularly popular. This adorable attire bestows Palicoes with beautiful butterfly wings and a stylish top hat to add a touch of springtime elegance. Fortunately, acquiring this reward in Monster Hunter Wilds isn’t overly challenging.

During the Blossomdance event, the Grand Hub is turned into a vibrant springtime festival, featuring blossoming cherry trees and fresh seasonal dishes at the canteen. This special occasion provides players of Monster Hunter Wilds with an opportunity to earn various items as old event quests are reintroduced along with new content. The blend of old and new quests can be found at the counter, creating a seamless experience for all participants. If you’re aiming to obtain the Butterfly Palico outfit, you’ll need to focus on completing a specific quest.

How to Get the Butterfly Palico Outfit in Monster Hunter Wilds

In Monster Hunter World, I had to take part in a time-limited event quest called “Daughters of Carabosse” to snag the stunning Butterfly Palico armor. Completing this quest not only lets me craft an enchanting Butterfly armor set for my companion Palicos, but also rewards me with the lovely Sakuratide springtime armor set for myself!

In the enchanted realm of Wounded Hollow, the Daughters of Carabosse engage in a direct confrontation with a duo known as the Lala Barina. To undertake this challenge, Hunters must have reached Hunter Rank 16 or higher. This quest will be accessible exclusively during the vibrant Blossomdance spring festival. Therefore, players have a fortnight, spanning from April 22nd to May 6th, to complete as many instances of this quest as possible. To boost your rewards, consider using Lucky Vouchers at this time.

After I’ve vanquished the Lala Barinas and accumulated enough Blossomdance Tickets, I can pay a visit to the smithy to fashion the Butterfly armor set for my Palico. Much like other Palico outfits, this set comprises merely two pieces in its entirety. Consequently, the vast majority of these tickets can be saved up towards the Sakuratide armor. If I happen to miss the event window, I’ll have to bide my time until the Blossomdance festival makes a comeback, which should be around springtime next year.

In Monster Hunter Wilds, the Blossomdance celebration runs for just two weeks. Players are invited to visit the Grand Hub and join in the fun before it ends. Since traditional event quests are brought back during the Blossomdance festival, this is an ideal time to gather armor spheres, rare materials, and cooking ingredients by participating in these quests.
