It’s a delightful, engaging journey that’s just waiting for the right gamer to discover it, south of the city. In this quest, you’ll be assisting a damsel who finds herself in a tricky predicament – but don’t worry, it’s not as straightforward as it seems! This guide aims to help you navigate through the unexpected twists and turns that lie ahead.

How To Start The Damsel In Distress Quest

Here are two options for you:

1. Option A: The tipster has information about this mission, but if you prefer, you can also go straight to the destination itself, which is situated right between Bylany and Old Lhota – specifically, it’s the mill that lies in that area.

2. Option B: You could gather details from a tipster about this task, or skip that step entirely by heading directly to the location. The location you’re seeking is none other than a mill positioned between Bylany and Old Lhota.

As you get near, you’ll notice a woman shouting for help from a nearby shed, pleading to be released since she’s been locked in.

To aid her, you’ll have to open the shed door. You can do this by picking the lock or if you have it with you, use the multipurpose key.

To assist her, you’ll first need to access the shed, which can be done by either picking the lock or using a multipurpose key if you happen to have one on hand.

How To Complete The Damsel In Distress Quest

Once you’ve opened the shed door, address the lady within, and she will seek your assistance as she’s stuck and needs help understanding why the miller has her confined.

To explore, make your way to the woodshed of the miller, which is situated to the south. Upon reaching there, you’ll notice it vacant. So, just go back to the shed.

Upon your arrival back, you won’t spot the woman anymore; instead, you’ll encounter the miller and a guard who are present for a chat.

During the chat, it will become clear that the lady you rescued is not his genuine wife, but rather a thief. In essence, what you did was aid in her getaway.

At this point, you’ll have a few options to make it up to the miller:

  • Try your luck and pass one of the three speech checks.
  • Pay the fine, which is 500 Groschen.
  • Simply flee.

No matter which path I tread on this quest, I’ll reach the end either way. However, it’s important to know that there’s no loot or prize waiting for me at the finish line.
