How To Complete Like Old Times In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
As a dedicated gaming enthusiast, diving back into the captivating world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, I’m always on the lookout for engaging encounters with key characters that add depth to my journey. These interactions, often referred to as Side Activities, are interwoven into the main storyline and can happen during quests.
During your adventure in The Lion’s Den quest of the game, you’ll come across an engaging sidestory titled “Like Old Times.” This intriguing side activity unfolds as a conversation between Hans and Henry, which can be initiated and completed effortlessly, following our guide below.
How To Trigger Like Old Times Quest
Be certain not to overlook this crucial mission; it’s best to activate and finish it while The Lion’s Den main quest is ongoing. To initiate this unique quest, you should converse with Hans Capon immediately following his encounter with Henry.
After chatting up Hans, he might express his gratitude, but you can simply respond with “No need to thank me.” Later on, when he praises your efforts, you could say “A just reward!”, and eventually bring the conversation to a close with “Let’s move on!
Once you’ve completed your task, make your way to the spot indicated on your map. Keep an eye out for Hans on his horse, and when you reach the destination, have a chat with him. As you do, you’ll find that some soldiers from Camp Sigismund are present as well.
At present, you find yourself with three possible courses of action. You could engage in conversation with them, confront them directly, or eliminate them quietly without detection. Should you opt for “Engage in dialogue”, your success will hinge on your ability to pass certain skill checks, and if successful, the ensuing combat sequence would be bypassed entirely.

If you select the “Let’s get at them!” option, you and Hans will charge towards them. Your goal is to defeat all five enemies to accomplish the task. Conversely, if you pick the third option, “I’ll do it on my own. Nice and quiet,” your mission will be to eliminate all the soldiers without causing any alarm.
It is better to choose the second option as the fight won’t be that hard.
Skip the fourth choice, or else you’ll end up not completing the task successfully.
After the battle, have a chat with Hans Capon, and the enjoyable extra activity will conclude.
