Gwyneth Paltrow shared a revealing, makeup-free selfie with her followers, showing off her luxurious vacation in Florence.

Last week, the 53-year-old actress took a trip to Italy and shared photos from her vacation on Instagram Monday. She recently posted an older picture with her daughter, Apple Martin, as well.

She had long blonde hair that cascaded down her shoulders, and she was wearing headphones.

Gwyneth Paltrow looked glowing and fresh-faced with minimal makeup, seemingly relaxing in a hotel room.

A photo showed the Academy Award-winning actress wearing a white dress, with the beautiful city of Florence visible in the background.

A blue sweater was wrapped around her waist and she completed the look with open-toed blue pumps. 

The mother of two briefly stopped to pose for a photo while standing on a stone balcony, bathed in sunshine with a view of lush green trees and hills.

She snapped another selfie as she put on her makeup, opting for a warm blush and a natural lip color.

Gwyneth Paltrow looked at the camera while wearing a cozy white robe, her blonde hair flowing naturally around her.

The Iron Man actress enjoyed the scenic view once again in Florence as the sun set in the distance. 

She wore a white, sleeveless dress decorated with flowers and finished the look with bold gold bracelets and long, dangling earrings.

While traveling internationally, the celebrity took a selfie from her seat on the plane.

The actress started her day with fruit and juice. Later, she grabbed a bowl of pasta at a restaurant.

During a nighttime outing, she snapped a picture of buildings near a small body of water. 

In the caption, Paltrow penned to her 9.3 million followers: ‘Wednesday-> Saturday LA<-> Florence.’

The star has opened up about her beauty and fitness routines over the years. 

In an interview with Coveteur, she shared that she’s been lifting heavier weights to maintain strong, healthy bones and prioritize her skincare routine, explaining it’s a focus for her right now.

Paltrow also enjoys trying different anti-aging treatments, like facial treatments using exomes and intravenous (IV) therapies.

I used to have unhealthy habits – I smoked, drank a lot, and didn’t pay attention to what I ate. Now, I’m much more careful about my health and lifestyle.

She added that all of those factors definitely matter, as she explained to the publication last year.

Gwyneth Paltrow shared with People magazine in 2023 that she makes an effort to ignore criticism and opinions from others.

‘I don’t give a f*** what anyone says about me, thinks about me. This is who I am,’ she expressed.

‘I felt like 50 was a deepening into myself. And, apparently, that just keeps getting better.’ 

As someone who’s been navigating the world of appearances for a while, I’ve realized something really freeing: I’m not going to magically transform into someone else, and that’s okay! Especially as I get older – approaching 50, 55, and beyond – trying to recapture a youthful look just isn’t realistic, and honestly, it’s a relief to let go of that pressure.

I’m constantly checking in with myself, really trying to understand how I’m doing. It’s about asking myself the important questions – how I’m feeling emotionally, how I’m carrying myself, whether I actually like who I am, and honestly assessing my anxiety levels. Ultimately, I want to know if I’m feeling strong and capable.

Gwyneth Paltrow explained that after having two children, she’s now noticing a loss of skin elasticity as she approaches age 51.

The actress and her ex-husband, Chris Martin of Coldplay, have two children: a 21-year-old daughter named Apple and a 20-year-old son named Moses.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin were married for thirteen years, from 2003 to 2016. In 2018, she married Brad Falchuk.

She recently posted an old photo of herself with her daughter from 2006, hinting at a new project for her Goop company.

Her oldest child is pursuing a career in entertainment, just like their mother, and recently directed a musical production at their college.

Apple will graduate from Vanderbilt University next May with a degree in law, history, and society.
