Grammy Awards 2026: How and when to watch the red carpet and the main show

The 68th annual Grammy Awards are happening this Sunday, February 1st, starting at 8 pm Eastern Time. And there’s plenty to see before the main show even begins! Luckily, there are several ways to watch everything related to the Grammys.

The awards show will air on CBS and be available to stream on Paramount+. It will be broadcast live from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Before the main show, a separate Premiere Ceremony will take place at the nearby Peacock Theatre, starting at 3:30 pm Eastern Time, and will include the presentation of several awards, including those in the metal categories.

Timing is crucial because many of the celebrities you love will start arriving then, so it’s important to know when the red carpet event officially begins.

You can watch the Premiere Ceremony live on Grammy.com and the Recording Academy’s YouTube channel.

You can watch all the red carpet action on E! from 4 to 6 pm Eastern Time. The show, called Live From E!: Countdown to the Grammys, will be hosted by Erin Lim Rhodes, Zanna Roberts Rassi, and comedian Devon Walker (who you may recognize from Saturday Night Live). Joining them will be music expert Carter Gregory and fashion expert Nicky Campbell.

Join Zuri Hall and Keltie Knight on E! from 6-8 pm ET for Live From E!: Grammys. That’s when you’ll see all the stars arrive, as those who didn’t attend the earlier Premier Ceremony will begin walking the red carpet before the main show starts at 8 pm.
