Okay, so the final episode of Good Omens is finally here, and everyone seems to really like it! It’s all about Aziraphale, played by Michael Sheen, and Crowley, played by David Tennant, and this last episode really digs into their relationship. It’s about them working through past issues and finding their way back to each other, which is just… perfect, honestly.
Okay, so the third season is finally here, but it’s all packed into one 90-minute special! I just saw it dropped on Prime Video today, so I’m diving in right now!
This episode is being described as the biggest and most emotionally revealing journey yet for the two main characters. It picks up after the last season, where Aziraphale chose to go back to Heaven, which meant leaving Crowley on Earth.

Okay, so as the new Supreme Archangel, I – Aziraphale, that is – have this huge job: basically managing the Second Coming. It’s a lot of pressure, honestly, and things get even more complicated when my ideas don’t exactly sit well with the other angels. Meanwhile, poor Crowley is completely devastated and just wandering around Soho, really down in the dumps.
They’ll have to face the truth about their relationship and decide if their friendship – and everything else – is worth fighting for, with the entire universe at stake.

Inverse praised the finale as the conclusion the show and its fans needed, acknowledging potential controversy but still suggesting it could be one of the strongest series finales in recent memory.

As a big fan, I was so happy to read that FandomWire called the ending “a perfect blend of charm and craziness that fans will really enjoy!” And The Daily Telegraph seemed to agree, saying it really delivered on everything we already loved about the show.
Okay, so the game isn’t perfect, but honestly, at its heart, it’s still about love – all kinds of love – and that feels really powerful. And, you know, right now, that message actually feels important, like something worth really appreciating.
Metro wasn’t impressed with season 3 of Good Omens, calling it “pretty rubbish” despite the cast and crew’s best efforts, and stating they didn’t enjoy watching it.
