Future of Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash’s fly-on-the-wall TV series revealed after it emerged they’re not legally married

The BBC have renewed Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash’s fly-on-the-wall TV series for a third season. 

Actors Joe, 44, known for EastEnders, and Stacey, 36, the host of Sort Your Life Out, are expanding their public image with their reality show, Stacey And Joe, which has already completed two seasons.

The BBC has renewed the show for a third season, and will continue to document the everyday lives of the couple and their blended family.

I’ve been following Stacey and Joe’s family life at Pickle Cottage, and it’s so lovely! They’re raising their three children together – Rex, who’s six, Rose, four, and little Belle, who’s three. Stacey also has two older sons, Zachary and Leighton, from previous relationships, and Joe has a son named Harry from a previous relationship back in 2007. It’s a blended family, and I love seeing them all together!

As a lifestyle expert, I loved watching the family grow in the second season! We got to see all sorts of sweet moments, like little Belle starting nursery school, Zach turning the big 1-7, and the whole family hitting the slopes for some skiing lessons. It was a really fun season filled with relatable family experiences.

The new season is expected to center around Joe working on creating a fishing lake on their large country estate.

The Daily Mail has contacted the BBC for a comment. 

Stacey and Joe shared with the BBC that it feels strange but wonderful to finally film scenes at the lakes, as they’ve been discussing the idea since the first series.

Balancing family and everything else is a learning process for us, so we’re just as curious as everyone else to see how things turn out!

The show has been renewed despite recent rumors about trouble in the couple’s marriage, with Stacey having to publicly address and defend their relationship.

Their wedding was celebrated with family and celebrity friends at their £1.2million home.

The couple opted for a small, private wedding at home and decided against sharing it with the public through television or magazine photoshoots.

Rather than trying to make money from photos taken that day, the couple asked anyone sharing their pictures on social media to donate to Grief Encounter, a charity that supports grieving children.

But there was one thing that Stacey and Joe’s wedding was not… legally binding.

The couple had a wedding celebration at their home, Pickle Cottage, in July 2022, but they haven’t legally registered the marriage yet.

Stacey announced they intended to get married, but after three and a half years, the popular TV couple haven’t yet tied the knot.

This surprising news follows reports that the TV star was asked about her relationship with 44-year-old Joe, after she was seen without her wedding ring just two weeks ago.

According to a source, they always planned to take legal steps, but with six children and hectic schedules, they just haven’t found the time. Life has simply gotten in the way.

‘Stacey and Joe obviously knew that their garden wedding wasn’t legal and were upfront about that.’

Fans of Stacey and Joe, who followed the couple on their BBC reality show, might be surprised to hear this news.

Stacey also has lucrative family fashion ranges with Asda and Primark.

According to a source, the fact that the seemingly flawless image was actually fake will likely surprise and concern both companies and television executives who invested in it.
