Ferne recently spent time at Icons Marbella, a luxury fitness retreat in Spain. She took part in reformer Pilates and a challenging workout class called ‘hot sculpt and shred’.

The reality TV star completed a difficult 14-kilometer hike up La Concha, a peak reaching 1,215 meters in the Sierra Blanca mountains.

Ferne looked fantastic in a sports bra and flared leggings, striking a pose in a Pilates studio before heading to the beach for a yoga session.

The reality star turned heads at a bar one night, showing off her legs in a revealing white dress with a plunging neckline and cutouts.

The @icons_marbella retreat was amazing! I especially loved hiking La Concha, the Pilates and sculpting classes, the delicious food, and getting to know such wonderful people.

She then shared the first meal of her day: a multivitamin-boosted smoothie with protein and creatine, designed as a meal replacement.

She enjoyed a protein-packed mid-morning snack of sour cream and chive flavored protein chips with a spicy cottage cheese dip.

For lunch, she had sardines on toasted sourdough bread, with fresh cherry tomato slices and a sprinkle of coriander.

Okay, so I’ve been tracking everything Ferne eats, and tonight was amazing. Around 5:30, she had this incredible burger – but get this, no bun! It was all about the protein, with this amazing sauce, and she wrapped it in these beautiful ribbons of courgette and carrot. Seriously, it looked so healthy and delicious, I’m already trying to figure out how to recreate it!

Finally, Ferne always enjoyed a delicious after-dinner snack: Greek yogurt with blueberries, topped with pieces of a chocolate and almond protein bar.

Recently, Ferne revealed she ‘doesn’t believe in dieting’ and ‘cutting off foods’.

I was so inspired by her recent post! She shared a side-by-side comparison – a current photo of her looking amazing in a blue bikini, and then a really honest picture of her body just weeks after having her second baby, when she was wearing a grey bra. It’s so real and empowering to see!

She shared a motivating video explaining that losing weight came down to building consistent, healthy habits – and sticking to a breakfast plan – for long-term success.

I don’t think restrictive diets or eliminating foods are effective – they just don’t seem to work long-term. Plus, I really love food, so those kinds of approaches wouldn’t suit my lifestyle anyway.

You’ll see lasting results when you consistently focus on healthy daily habits and eat slightly fewer calories than you burn, all without feeling overly restricted, tired, or irritable.

Ferne shared that she’s lost about two stone and feels fantastic! She’s got more energy, a faster metabolism, and has significantly reduced her body fat. She believes anyone can achieve similar results.
