Ferne McCann has admitted she’s starting to want another baby as she thinks back on her experience with breastfeeding.
The 35-year-old, known from the TV show TOWIE, has two daughters. She shares 2-year-old Finty with her fiancé Lorri Haines, and 7-year-old Sunday with her former partner.
Over the weekend, Ferne posted a video on social media showing her and Finty, where she playfully tried to peek inside her pajamas.

People often ask me if I’m still breastfeeding, and honestly, I haven’t felt ready to admit that we’ve finished. It’s still a little emotional, even just writing it down.
Breastfeeding has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me, even though it wasn’t always simple. There were definitely tough times – I felt tired and even wanted to quit at moments – but overcoming those challenges and continuing was truly special.
I truly cherish the moments of nurturing, comforting, and connecting with my child – I’ll never forget them. It’s heartbreaking to think those moments will eventually end, and sometimes you don’t even realize it’s the last time, which really gets to me.
As a huge advocate for mothers and babies, I always share this message: if you’re breastfeeding now, considering it, having a hard time, or anywhere in between, please know this: if you and your baby want to continue, keep going for as long as it feels good for both of you. Don’t underestimate how important support and accurate information are – and remember, you matter so much!

The reality star explained that she lost weight by eating fewer calories than she burned, prioritizing protein intake, and drinking as much as three liters of water each day. She stressed that sticking with it consistently was the most important thing.
She emphasized how important it was to have the support of other women who were also working towards similar goals and helping her stay on track.
Ferne explained that the changes that really helped her get in shape and lose weight weren’t extreme or sudden.

Ferne shared a look at her daily diet with her followers back in January on her nutrition page, explaining that her main principle is to make sure every meal is both high in protein and tasty.
The celebrity began their day with a multivitamin and a protein smoothie containing creatine, using it as a meal replacement.
For a mid-morning snack, she enjoyed a plate of tasty sour cream and chive protein chips with a spicy cottage cheese dip.
For lunch, she had a sandwich with sardines on sourdough bread, topped with cherry tomato slices and a little fresh cilantro.
Ferne had a healthy and flavorful dinner: a burger without the bun, served with a protein-rich sauce and wrapped in thin strips of zucchini and carrot.
Finally, she finished her meal with a tasty dessert: greek yogurt and blueberries topped with pieces of a chocolate and almond protein bar.
In a post from October 2025, she shared how she’s gotten back in shape after having two babies. She said she’s lost weight, reduced body fat, and gotten stronger – even while training for the SAS! What’s even better, she’s enjoyed the process and never felt deprived or limited in her diet.
