The show boasts a talented Latin American cast. Nicole Wallace and Dolores Fonzi both portray Clara, showing her at different ages. Sara Becker and Fernanda Urrejola, known from Narcos: Mexico, play Blanca, and Rochi Hernández takes on the role of Alba.
Featuring Pablo Macaya and Nicolás Contreras as Pedro Tercero, The House of the Spirits also includes performances by Fernanda Castillo, Alfonso Herrera (from Ozark), and Aline Küppenheim.

Isabel Allende is an executive producer on the project, along with Eva Longoria and Courtney Saladino. Actress Daniela Urrejola also leads the creative side as showrunner, working with Francisca Alegría and Andrés Wood.
