Following Kim’s court filing that accuses Kroy Birrmann of house surveillance, the birthday greeting arrives as their contentious divorce takes yet another unexpected twist.
46-year-old former cast member of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, who has been linked in recent gossip with Chet Hanks, submitted a petition on October 9th, claiming that Biermann breached her privacy, as reported by TMZ on Thursday.
She’s now asking the court to step in and help retrieve her personal belongings.
From my perspective as a lifestyle advisor, rumors abound that I’ve been expressing concerns about my partner potentially tracking my in-house activities, according to reliable sources.
In one bizarre incident, she alleges she found him unconscious in her closet after trying to spy on her.
Earlier, a judge ordered that Kim should reside in the basement or nanny area of the couple’s house in Georgia, whereas the ex-NFL player has been instructed to stay in the main bedroom upstairs.
However, it appears that Kim is accusing Kroy of invading her personal spaces when she wasn’t there, going so far as to take down the surveillance cameras she installed for protection, alleges an informant.
In simpler terms, Zolciak’s recent action is not aimed at evicting Kroy from their shared residence. Rather, she is seeking to retrieve her personal items that she claims he has been keeping as leverage.
Additionally, she requests the court to issue an order preventing him from taking any more of her belongings, including certain private notes that she believes he may have previously accessed.
In the past, Zolciak has also leveled similar allegations against her estranged husband, stating as early as January and May that he took her phone and personal belongings without permission.
For a while now, there’s been an undercurrent of friction between these two individuals, escalating over several months. In May, Zolciak went as far as contacting the police due to allegations that Kroy had taken her phone and barricaded himself in the main bedroom.
At the July debut of Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets, I found myself on the verge of tears, empathetically reflecting upon Kim’s heartfelt discussion about her divorce.
She teared up during a ‘screaming therapy’ session on the MTV reality show.
In a heartfelt moment during a private conversation, the celebrity expressed, ‘I can barely hold back my tears as I breathe; I need this emotional release so badly.’
Later on, she confessed to her fellow cast members – Chet, Macy Gray, Tyler Posey, Ally Brooke, Johnny Weir, OT Genasis and Josie Canseco – that she feels incredibly overwhelmed and stressed because she isn’t receiving the necessary support at home.

Simultaneously, during their stormy separation and ongoing financial issues, Kim and Kroy are due to meet in a divorce court later in November.
According to the legal papers acquired by TMZ, it appears that their divorce hearing has been scheduled for November 5th and 6th at the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta.
In the interim, Zolciak and Biermann are afforded an opportunity for reconciliation via mediation.
If they fail to come to a consensus before September 25th, the separated pair is set to have their case tried in November, as reported.
Approximately a year ago, in May 2023, a former cast member of The Real Housewives Of Atlanta formally submitted divorce papers, marking the end of their marriage which began in 2011 with Kroy.
The unexpected announcement of Kim and Kroy parting ways left many stunned, especially considering their ongoing struggles with finances, such as the alleged debt of over a million dollars in unpaid taxes to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
In July 2023, Kim briefly called off the divorce as they tried to mend their relationship.
Nevertheless, Kroy requested a divorce once more in August, stating that the union had become ‘beyond repair’.
