Viewers and critics have had varying reactions to the third season of Euphoria, but the show’s creator, Sam Levinson, believes the final two episodes will establish it as the strongest season yet.
The final episodes of the HBO drama will air over the next two Sundays, May 24th and 31st. Episode seven, ‘Rain or Shine,’ will be followed by the series finale, ‘In God We Trust,’ concluding the show’s run next week.
After a four-year wait, the third season finally arrived with a lot of hype, but reactions have been mixed. The creator, Levinson, thinks opinions might shift once the last two episodes are released.

According to a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, viewers who don’t watch episodes seven and eight as soon as they’re released risk having major plot points spoiled. The source stated that these episodes contain significant developments and believes this season is the best one yet.
The eighth episode is incredibly moving – far more than I ever imagined when I started working on the show. It explores powerful themes related to religion, and visually, it’s stunning, filled with images that feel legendary and truly inspiring.

Christopher Nolan, who also writes, directs, and produces the show, highly commended Hans Zimmer’s music for the new season, describing it as truly remarkable.
We’ll have to wait and see what happens in the last two episodes of the season, but the finale is already making history for HBO. At 93 minutes long, it’s the longest single episode the network has ever produced.

There’s talk that this season might be the last for the series, and Zendaya, who plays Rue Bennett, has hinted that things will be wrapped up soon before the new season begins.
The third season of the show has received mixed reviews, with a 40% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes based on 52 reviews. This is a significant decrease from the much more positive scores of the first two seasons (80% and 78%) and the two special episodes (97% and 96%). Viewers also gave the season a 40% rating.
