Ellie Goulding is back on social media just days after announcing the birth of her second child, whom she described as ‘beautiful’.
The 39-year-old singer announced last week that she and her boyfriend, Beau Minniear, recently welcomed a daughter named Iris.
After her daughter was born, Ellie posted a photo on Instagram with the caption ‘Paging Earth,’ seemingly to announce the new arrival.
The singer already has a four-year-old son, Arthur, with her former husband, Caspar Jopling. They separated in 2024.

Ellie gave birth to her second child, her first with Beau, on March 6 at the Lindo Wing in London.
She announced on Instagram that she welcomed a healthy baby girl on Friday, and says they are completely in love with her.
It felt right to celebrate International Women’s Day with her and the amazing women at St Mary’s. They took such wonderful care of me and my baby with incredible kindness.
I have so much respect for midwives. Our growing family brings me incredible happiness, and it’s wonderful to see Arthur excited to be a big brother to his new sibling.
She also shared a photo of a cake decorated with the words ‘welcome baby sister’.
Ellie was treated to a baby shower by her celebrity pals in London in January.
The Burn hitmaker partied at a 1970s-themed bash inspired by Apple TV’s retro comedy Palm Royale.
Ellie announced she was pregnant by appearing at the Fashion Awards in early December, clearly showing her baby bump.
Ellie and Beau began dating publicly in September 2025, and since then they’ve vacationed together in Italy. While there, Beau posted a personal photo of Ellie relaxing in their hotel room online.
He also appears in several raunchy scenes in Ellie’s latest music video, Destiny.
Ellie shared in January that she’s expecting and feels supported by her wonderful boyfriend.
I’m fortunate to have great support, which definitely helps. But I’m still putting in the work and writing consistently every day.
I’m pregnant, and honestly, I’m not feeling particularly connected to this ‘earth mother’ stereotype. It’s just not really my vibe right now.
Having a child and being healthy are wonderful, and I’m grateful for both, but they don’t define everything about who I am today.
Ellie and her ex-husband, art dealer Caspar, finalized their divorce in January 2025, and they continue to maintain a friendly relationship while raising their son, Arthur, together.
Caspar, age 34, is now dating actress Olivia Wilde, 41. The pair were seen together on a romantic getaway in Mexico City last month.
Ellie is expected to return to work soon after being announced as the headliner for Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Sunderland on Saturday, May 23rd.
