In Elden Ring Nightreign, there are five distinct types of Raid encounters. For those unfamiliar, Raid events are unpredictable occurrences during exploration where a boss suddenly appears at various locations on the map. Overcoming these bosses can reward you and your fellow adventurers with enhanced power.
In the realm of Elden Ring, I’ve come across one of the scarcest Raids known as Nightreign, and within it lies a mini-boss battle against a shadowy reflection of Maris, the Voyager of Darkness. Luckily, this mini-boss version of Maris presents a more manageable challenge compared to the Nightlord.
As a fellow enthusiast of Elden Ring Nightreign, if you’re eyeing the trophy for the Augur Raid or simply curious about its details, this guide is tailored just for you! Herein lies all the essentials you need to know about the Augur Raid in Elden Ring Nightreign.
How to Start the Augur Raid in Elden Ring Nightreign

Because the Elden Ring Nightreign is subject to random chance, it’s impossible to deliberately initiate the Augur Raid. It’s one of the scarcest raids in the game and depends on the luck of the draw, so essentially, you can only pray that your journey includes this particular event.
As a devoted fan, I’ve found the best success in triggering the Augur Raid on the Equilibrious Beast and Darkdrift Knight Expeditions. If you’re aiming to encounter this raid, my suggestion would be to persistently run these two expeditions repeatedly until the raid makes its appearance.
Augur Raid, Explained

As soon as the Augur Raid commences, text reading “Giant spheres are materializing” will show up in the upper right part of your screen. This will cause massive blue spheres to appear in the sky, with one large dome-shaped sphere resting on the ground. To initiate the Augur Raid, simply step into the bubble that’s lying on the ground.
Be aware that these bubbles could either appear directly above you, triggering a boss fight instantly, or require you to move towards them and enter. On occasion, I found myself unable to reach one because of an approaching storm, so remember to act swiftly.
If you can’t find the bubble, take a peek at your map. The game will put a raid marker there for you. Don’t forget to mark its spot so your team knows where it is.
After finishing the Augur Raid, the bubbles on the map will vanish, granting Power to your whole squad.
Augur Raid Rewards

Back when I embarked on my latest adventure, I found the Augur Raid surprisingly manageable, even at a lowly level 4!
If you manage to finish the Augur Raid successfully by vanquishing the boss, then you’ll definitely receive the Unifying Fate Power as a prize. Furthermore, you’ll also gain a substantial number of Runes in the process.
With Unified Fate, employing flasks not only rejuvenates FP but also empowers players to perform more spell castings and use weapon abilities more often. This advantage endures throughout the whole journey for every team member.
This ability is particularly beneficial for players controlling either the Revenant or the Recluse, given their focus on Frontline Points. Boosting your spell-casting capacity during Day 3 could significantly tip the scales in your favor against the Nightlord, making acquiring this power a wise decision indeed.
