eFootball 2026 Big Time & Show Time Standout Guardians 25-26 Season’s Best pack: Review, Best Progression Builds, and Skills

Following the release of the Standout Attackers pack, eFootball 2026 is now highlighting top defenders with the Big Time & Show Time Standout Guardians 25-26 Season’s Best pack. This new pack emphasizes solid defense, featuring Big Time Gabriel Magalhães as a key player, alongside Gianluigi Donnarumma and Achraf Hakimi in the Show Time selections.

eFootball 2026 Big Time & Show Time Standout Attackers players

Gabriel Magalhães

  • Position: CB
  • Playing Style: Destroyer
  • Show Time Skill: Long Reach Tackle and Aerial Fort

Gabriel brings exactly what you’d hope for in a defender: a commanding physical presence, strength in the air, and a willingness to aggressively challenge opponents. Importantly, having him consistently available as a permanent fixture in the team is a major benefit, as reliability is crucial for defenders.

This player is incredibly strong in the air. His height, jumping ability, physical presence, and the Aerial Fort skill will likely win him most aerial duels. He’s also a solid defender on the ground, and the combination of Long Reach Tackle and Aerial Fort makes him a top-tier center back in the current game.

His slightly shorter legs are a minor weakness. While he’s a physically imposing cornerback, a leg length of 7 isn’t quite as good as some of the top defensive players in the game. Although he can reach speeds in the high 80s, his acceleration feels a bit slow for today’s fast-paced gameplay.

Even though this is a high-level card, the improvements aren’t that significant. Comparing it to the previous version of Gabriel from the English League TOTS pack, the stats are nearly the same. It’s still a great center back, but it doesn’t feel like a substantial upgrade.

Suggested Skills: One Touch Pass, Long Throw

Gianluigi Donnarumma

  • Position: GK
  • Playing Style: Offensive Goalkeeper
  • Show Time Skill: GK Spirit Roar

Donnarumma cards are generally dependable, and this one appears to be as well. He has excellent reach and quick reflexes, effectively covering a large portion of the goal due to his size. I’ve consistently enjoyed his ‘Player of the Week’ cards because of their reliable performance, and this version seems to offer the same consistency.

He excels at quick reactions and reaching for shots, making him strongest in close-range save situations. The new ‘GK Spirit Roar’ feature is interesting, but it’s unclear how much of a difference it truly makes. It’s difficult to tell in-game if the effect is significant compared to simply having better stats.

From a goalkeeping perspective alone, this player seems like a really good choice. He’s particularly well-suited if you like taller goalkeepers who naturally control a larger area. I’d rank him right behind Edwin Van Der Sar.

Achraf Hakimi

  • Position: RB
  • Playing Style: Offensive Wingback
  • Show Time Skill: Edged Crossing and Acceleration Burst

Hakimi is a bit unusual – his skills and stats don’t quite fit a typical mold. He has abilities that make him excel going forward, almost like a right midfielder, but surprisingly, his defending has gotten much better too.

Honestly, what really stands out is his speed – he just runs up and down the wing the entire game! And thankfully, his stamina holds up perfectly. Plus, he’s become so much stronger – hitting 90 in physical is huge. Defensively, this Hakimi card is easily the best version we’ve gotten so far.

I’m not entirely sold on his passing ability. While giving him the Edged Crossing skill is good, his overall passing still doesn’t quite feel strong enough to build an attack around. Because of this, I think it’s smarter to focus a little more on his defensive capabilities.

He’s improved defensively enough that he can now contribute on both sides of the ball, instead of being seen as just an attacking player. However, he’s still good going forward, so a well-rounded approach – balancing both defense and offense – works best.

Suggested Skills: One Touch Pass, Through Passing, Weighted Pass, Double Touch, Outside Curler

Suggested Booster(s): Crossing, Agility

Should you spin for the Big Time & Show Time Standout Guardians 25-26 Season’s Best pack in eFootball 2026

This pack isn’t worth opening, as much better options are on the way. Donnarumma is a fantastic card, but only if you need a top goalkeeper – if you already have one, you can pass on him. Here’s my final ranking of the cards and my overall rating for this pack.
