An actor known for their work on Stranger Things has hinted that the new Avengers: Doomsday movie will be incredibly epic, even bigger than the final season of Stranger Things. They also mentioned a potential new team of three characters that fans might really love as the Marvel universe grows.

David Harbour on why fans should be excited to see Avengers: Doomsday

While publicizing his work with DTF St. Louis, David Harbour spoke with Entertainment Tonight about his next film, Avengers: Doomsday. He described the movie as incredibly large in scale and importance. “That movie is huge,” Harbour explained, adding, “I thought Stranger Things 5 was a big project, but this is the biggest thing I’ve ever worked on.” He emphasized just how ambitious the new Marvel film is turning out to be.

Harbour also highlighted Robert Downey Jr.’s performance, encouraging fans to pay close attention to it. He described Downey as ‘really special’ and suggested the film will have some truly memorable scenes. Although the story is still being kept secret, his comment implies that Downey will play a key part in the movie.

It was really cool to hear the actor talk about how his character, Alexei Shostakov, interacts with the others. He said he has some great scenes with Yelena Belova, but what really got me excited was hearing about the connection he’s building with Winter Soldier and U.S. Agent. He called it a ‘brotherhood’ and described their chemistry as a fun, playful ‘bromance’!
