‘Devastated’ Ferne McCann pays tribute as fitness influencer Sarah Green announces the sudden death of her daughter aged just 23

Following the unexpected passing of her 23-year-old daughter, fitness influencer Sarah Green received an outpouring of support, with Ferne McCann among those paying tribute on Monday evening.

The TV star replied to fitness influencer, known online as The Body Coach, after she publicly shared the sad news of her daughter Honor Forrest’s passing.

On Monday, Green shared the heartbreaking news with her Instagram followers, posting about her daughter, Honor. She expressed her immense grief, saying her ‘baby’ will always be cherished and that no words could describe the pain they were feeling.

We, her family and friends, are supporting each other and finding strength in our faith as we cope with this difficult time.

‘Please respect our privacy at this unbearable time and for those who wish to help…pray for us.’ 

After Green shared the message, her husband, Kevin, reposted it. Together, they run By The Beach Nutrition, a weight loss company in Portsmouth.

A close friend, McCann, who is also a mother of two, responded to the post with a heartfelt message. She wrote, ‘My dear Sarah, I’m completely heartbroken for you and your family. I’m praying for you all, and I believe your beautiful daughter is now with God.’

Danielle Armstrong, who used to appear on The Only Way is Essex with McCann, also expressed her sadness, saying she was heartbroken for his family and sending them her love and support. She wrote, simply, ‘We love you.’

The reason for Honor’s death hasn’t been released yet, and it’s currently unknown what happened.

Honor’s sister, Zena, shared a heartfelt message: ‘Rest peacefully, my wonderful big sister. We will always remember you.’

I think about you every single day, and I know you’re now at peace. I love you.

She recently shared on the Pride of Britain Awards red carpet that her daughter, Sunday, is becoming very interested in fashion and making videos. They joke about this because, during her own seven-year reality show, Sunday used to be very shy around cameras.

Now that she’s completed the project, she’s become much more outgoing and is eager to start new things like vlogging, using YouTube, and joining clubs. She’s really blossomed and is much more confident now.

‘So many people are saying she’s coming after me because she has really grown in confidence.’

Ferne shared that she’s been dealing with grief that she put off processing, but also revealed she doesn’t expect to stay off television for very long, suggesting she’s working on a new project.

She explained that she’s feeling a sense of sadness, like grief that’s been put off. She believes that whenever someone ends something – a job, a relationship, anything – they initially feel it’s the right choice, but later miss the things they left behind.

I’m glad I went through with it, because good things often come from difficult situations. I definitely see myself continuing to work in front of the camera, and I’m excited about the possibility of making documentaries that explore real-life issues based on my own experiences. Stay tuned!
