On a Monday, the previous Bond girl was spotted at Dr. Dorfman’s “Done By Dorfman” practice in Beverly Hills, undergoing a treatment that seemed quite uncomfortable to observe.
Recently, the seasoned 53-year-old Bravo star opted for a salmon facial treatment, following Jennifer Aniston’s endorsement of it on Jimmy Kimmel Live! earlier this month.
In a video, she was spotted at Dr. Dorfman’s office, receiving an injection with a needle while clutching a gadget against her neck.
Without any makeup and sporting a slightly reddened complexion due to a recent laser session, Denise seemed to be enduring some discomfort, almost as if she was taking deep breaths.
Richard expressed, “This is something completely new for me, yet I’m eager to give it a shot.” She additionally mentioned, “Since Jennifer Aniston spoke about it, I’ve been wanting to experience it myself.
The mother of three expressed her apprehension towards fillers but decided to give it a try as she found it unique, believing there are numerous advantages associated with it, as she stated in a video.
‘I wanted to try this instead of doing a traditional filler.’
The cost of a full salmon DNA facial is about $2k at Dr Dorfman’s office.
On Dorfman’s Instagram post, it was stated that ‘Custom facial treatments tailored to suit Denise Richard’s features were received at Done by Dorfman, where a unique salmon DNA treatment combined with laser and daxxify application on her forehead and neck was experienced for radiant, glowing skin.’

Dr. Robert Dorfman specializes in hair transplants and aesthetics surgery, particularly focusing on hair regrowth, cosmetic anti-aging techniques, and regenerative medicine.
The beauty expert was accepted to Northwestern University’s Combined BS/MD Honors Program in Medical Education. He also completed a Masters Degree in the History of Medicine at the University of Oxford.
After completing his training, Dr. Dorfman undertook an internship and residency program in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at UCLA. Subsequently, he established his private practice, the Done by Dorfman clinic, based in Beverly Hills.
Dr. Dorfman now regularly sees patients in Los Angeles, Miami, and New York.
At Jimmy Kimmel’s talk show, in October’s early days, Aniston clarified several tales circulating about her.
During a playful “truth or falsity” game with the host, Jennifer Aniston, known for her role as Rachel in Friends, clarified certain points at the age of 55.
Among them was the story that she had a ‘salmon sperm facial’ before which turned out to be true.
After Jimmy inquired whether she had the salmon sperm facial, the star replied, ‘I did.
‘But let me explain to you. It’s not like, how do you get sperm out of a salmon? It was sort of unclear.’
She then explained: ‘I just took the woman’s word that that’s what it was. And I was like, “Sure.”‘
Jimmy, momentarily at a loss for words, hesitantly said, “Um, if that’s not the case, then what exactly is it? To be honest, I’m unsure.
Aniston clarified: ‘I don’t know, supposed to be little, tiny like the micro needling that they do.
Then, she jokingly inquired, “And next, shall we insert the salmon roe? Aren’t my salmon scales lovely?
Previously, Aniston expressed reservations regarding the facial’s unique components and their effectiveness, as she inquired to The Wall Street Journal, “‘Seriously? And how do you obtain salmon sperm?’
The famous actress openly confessed to a magazine that the facial treatment didn’t seem to enhance the radiance of her youthful skin.
