David Haye’s girlfriend Sian shares a selfie with the boxer as they brush off I’m A Celebrity drama and his controversial views of women – after he said she has the ‘personality of an ugly bird’

David Haye’s girlfriend posted a cheerful selfie with him on Saturday, seemingly dismissing the controversy and difficult moments from the end of his time on ‘I’m A Celebrity.’

Sian Osborne, 34, shared a photo from their trip to South Africa to show her support for her partner, the 45-year-old sportsman she’s been dating since 2020, following his controversial comment that she had the personality of an ‘ugly bird’.

The couple took a photo together after going on safari in the country while David was filming there in September.

The All Stars series ended on Friday with its most dramatic episode yet, following ongoing arguments and disagreements between cast members Adam Thomas, Jimmy Bullard, and David.

Although Adam won the competition, he didn’t show up on the follow-up show, Unpacked. This happened after an argument with the other contestants at the finale, where David accused Adam of pretending to be helpless.

Their time together on the show, filmed last September, was marked by conflict. The boxer was criticized for ‘bullying’ the soap star after calling him ‘useless’ when he opted out of a challenge because of health concerns.

David has repeatedly criticized Adam, even making a harsh comment on social media and alleging Adam earned between £20,000 and £25,000 per day for being on the ITV show.

After a heated argument during Friday’s final, 37-year-old Adam spoke with Jimmy. The conflict began when Adam reportedly used a highly offensive term towards Jimmy during a challenge on ‘I’m a Celebrity,’ potentially putting Adam at risk of elimination from the show.

Things got really tense when Gemma Collins and Sinitta walked off the set. Jimmy had been going around asking all the contestants if they felt Adam was acting aggressively or abusively, and David couldn’t resist adding his opinion.

David challenged Adam after learning he’d won, asking if it was fair considering Adam had used a derogatory slur against Jimmy while in South Africa.

‘Yeah after that challenge I do think I deserve to win’, Adam proudly replied. 

David suggested, “Maybe you should ask Jimmy if he feels he earned the win? A lot of relevant footage was actually left out.” He clarified, “I really like Jimmy, but it seems like Adam is portraying himself as the one who was wronged.”

Dec hit back: ‘David, you were gone. You weren’t even there!’ 

“Just let the finalists speak!” Adam exclaimed, as Gemma reached out to restrain David amidst the growing chaos in the studio.

On Thursday’s episode of This Morning, David confronted Adam, accusing him of pretending to be a victim. This came after Adam claimed David had bullied him while they both appeared on I’m A Celebrity South Africa.

The boxer and the actor didn’t get along well while filming in the jungle last September. David was accused of bullying Adam after making several critical comments that were shown on the program.

David reportedly called the actor ‘useless’ after he used his health as a reason to avoid attending a court trial.

I was so upset to hear that David was talking about Sian like that! He apparently told the others he was dating a ‘lovely’ woman, but then shockingly described her personality as being like a ‘proper ugly bird.’ It was awful to hear him talk about someone he was supposedly interested in with such disrespect, and it really painted him in a bad light. As a fan of Sian, it was particularly disheartening.

After viewers called the boxer ‘misogynistic’ and ‘pathetic,’ she responded to defend herself.

She said she takes being impersonated by David as a huge compliment. ‘I’ve really gotten the hang of his style,’ she explained, ‘and my family thinks it’s really funny.’

David once told me I had the personality of an unattractive bird – his way of saying I was so vibrant and full of character that my appearance didn’t matter. It was a more meaningful compliment than anything I ever received in the modeling world.
