The distance between David Beckham and his oldest son seemed to grow on Thursday when Beckham traveled to Italy for Milan Fashion Week.
David Beckham, age 50, was present at the BOSS fashion show in Milan. He has a multi-year partnership with the German fashion label and serves as one of its ambassadors. The show featured BOSS’s fall-winter 2026 collection.

A retired athlete sat in the front row at the HUGO BOSS fashion show, alongside S.Coups and the company’s CEO, Daniel Griede. American actress Meghann Fahy was also present as the German brand presented its new collection.

Brooklyn has settled in the United States with his wife, who is the daughter of businessman and investor Nelson Peltz. He recently shared a detailed six-page statement on Instagram explaining his wish to create distance between himself and his family, and the post included shocking claims.
This involves the surprising accusation that Victoria interrupted Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham’s first dance, behaving in a way that made Gordon Ramsay, who was at the wedding, uncomfortable in front of guests. Ramsay has stated this claim is false.
In January, the influencer told his social media followers that he believed his parents had deliberately tried to ruin his marriage, and that they’ve always cared more about their public image than about their family.
He shared a six-page statement on Instagram explaining that his parents have always managed how the press tells the story of their family.
Growing up, my life was filled with showy displays on social media, obligatory family gatherings, and relationships that didn’t feel genuine.
He explained that he’s recently witnessed how far some people will go to spread lies in the media, often harming innocent individuals, all to maintain a false public image. However, he’s confident that the truth will eventually be revealed.
Brooklyn wasn’t featured in his mother’s new Netflix documentary, and he didn’t attend its October premiere. This is different from how he supported his father last year, when he and his wife attended the London premiere of his father’s documentary.
Brooklyn and his wife weren’t able to attend David’s 50th birthday party in May, and they also didn’t attend the ceremony at Windsor Castle in November when he finally received his honor.
A lot of the complaints shared on Instagram Stories relate to the wedding of Nicola Peltz and David Beckham, which took place in Florida.
He claimed his mother unexpectedly backed out of designing the wedding dress for his wife, and that she interrupted his first dance with his wife by stepping in while Marc Anthony was performing.
Brooklyn shared that someone danced inappropriately on her in public, leaving her feeling deeply uncomfortable and humiliated. She described it as the most embarrassing experience of her life.
