David Beckham drapes his arm around daughter Harper, 14, as she clutches £3,100 bag during NYC shopping trip

David Beckham seemed thrilled to be spending Monday with his 14-year-old daughter, Harper, in New York City.

The 50-year-old footballer, who has three sons – Brooklyn, 27, Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 21 – was dressed in his usual stylish, understated way.

Harper appears to be following in her mother Victoria’s footsteps when it comes to style, as she was spotted carrying a Bottega Veneta clutch worth £3,100.

She completed her look with a black T-shirt and faded black jeans, creating a stylish outfit perfect for a teenager.

While David was out and about, Victoria shared that her fashion inspiration isn’t her husband, David, but Connor Storrie from the show Heated Rivalry.

The 52-year-old fashion designer unexpectedly appeared on SiriusXM on Monday, where the host asked her if she’d seen the popular Netflix series.

Victoria explained she was the one who initiated it, then added a comment about Connor, the 26-year-old actor who plays Ilya Rozanov on the show, noting his excellent sense of style.

I always look forward to seeing what he wears on the red carpet, even more than the dresses the women wear. His style feels really current and impactful.

‘He could wear Victoria Beckham for GAP,’ co-host John Hill suggested.

Victoria commented that he definitely has a great sense of style, often wearing Saint Laurent and looking fantastic while doing so.

As someone who’s followed pop culture for years, I always loved the Spice Girls’ style! What people don’t realize is that they created their iconic looks themselves. We all remember that little black dress I wore in the ‘Wannabe’ video, and honestly, none of our outfits were ever chosen for us by a stylist. It was always just us, wearing what felt right and expressing our personalities – that’s what made it so authentic.

She explained that the dress everyone thought was a Gucci little black dress was actually from a regular high street store.

That was just our style back then. We weren’t trying to follow any trends – that was simply how we all dressed. I often wore outfits like that, and I remember Mel C sporting a tracksuit just like it.

Once we began receiving budgets for videos and shows, the other women were happy with the complimentary items we received. But I used the budget to buy things from Gucci instead.

Elsewhere during the interview, Victoria said she and her family are huge Justin Bieber fans.

She remembered when the pop star had kindly made snow cones for her kids one Halloween while they were trick-or-treating in Los Angeles.

Our whole family – the Beckhams – are big fans of Justin Bieber. We really are! When we used to live in Los Angeles, he was always so nice to our kids.

One Halloween, while the neighborhood kids were trick-or-treating, he made them all snow cones. He was just a really kind person, always thinking of others.
