Season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again will pick up six months after the events of Season 1, following Wilson Fisk’s imposition of martial law.

Dario Scardapane, the showrunner, told SFX Magazine that Fisk is now in control and slowly tightening his grip on the city. The story picks up six months after this takeover, with Fisk’s administration firmly established. However, a resistance movement is beginning to form beneath the surface.

He explained that New York City is undergoing a major change, which some see as a positive renewal while others view it as a decline.
