Dance Moms stars get into shocking physical fight over their daughters’ Instagram followers
As a seasoned viewer and follower of reality TV shows, I must say that Dance Moms: A New Era has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride so far. The drama between the moms Domenica and Roxce is reminiscent of the original series, but with an intensity that’s hard to ignore.
The performers on Hulu’s Dance Moms: A New Era are generating quite a bit of drama, challenging the original Lifetime series in this aspect.
In my latest insights on modern living, I’d like to share an intriguing incident from a recent revival of a popular reality TV series. Moms Domenica and Roxce found themselves in a tense situation, as their words escalated into a heated verbal exchange that unfortunately took a physical turn. Fortunately, no blows were exchanged, but the tension was palpable.
For quite some time, the long-time members of Studio Bleu, these two mothers, have found themselves embroiled in a bitter rivalry centered on the achievements of their daughters in dance and the number of Instagram followers each one possesses.
The scene became lively as Domenica disrupted a dance practice to challenge coach Glo Hampton over the absence of one of the other mothers during practice.
In the midst of a rehearsal, Domenica disrupted the dance class, causing mother Min to become angry. (Here, “enraged” and “whose daughter” are omitted for simplicity and clarity.)
“I couldn’t be less interested in whatever information you have for Miss Glo. However, I am deeply concerned when your actions disrupt my child’s education!” Min exclaimed passionately.
On that particular instance, I found myself stepping in between Domenica and Min when Domenica began raising her voice. This action of mine seemed to intensify the situation, bringing us close to a physical altercation.
‘Calm the f**k down, do not yell at her like that!’ Roxce screamed as she stood over Domenica.
At this moment, Domenica rose from her chair, and the two mothers began shouting at one another, face-to-face.
Roxce challenged, “Go ahead and confront me!” she shouted loudly. However, Domenica reacted by gently pressing the back of Roxce’s head with the palm of her hand.
“Roxce angrily told Min, ‘You need to leave right now! You shouldn’t have touched my face like that!'” Roxce said this while Min was holding her back.
“Keep your hands off my face, you disrespectful individual! It’s no surprise that people find you unappealing. Please leave this place immediately.”
At this point, an exhausted Domenica burst into tears while Roxce decided to storm out of the room.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, let me share some insights about the long-standing tension between dance moms Domenica and Roxce. For quite some time now, they’ve harbored feelings of dislike towards one another, which has unfortunately defined their relationship.
She continued, ‘They go after each other for the most pettiest of things. It’s like they just need a reason.’
To the other mothers, Domenica confided, ‘It became apparent that there was some jealousy as soon as I arrived, joined various circles, and gained a larger following on Instagram. The trivial social media rivalry really seemed to upset her.’
Domenica added, ‘She’s been waiting for a moment like this since the day I got here.’
They later got into another vicious spat while they were waiting for their daughters to perform.
In an angry tone, Roxce accused Domenica of manipulating others to advance herself and her child, claiming that the child was not suitable for the team.
On a particular day, my composure slipped away, and I found myself standing up, ready to vocalize my feelings loudly towards Roxce. Fortunately, Min intervened once more, preventing Roxce from being subjected to my sudden outburst.
“Dance Moms: A Fresh Start” – this is the revival of Lifetime’s Dance Moms series that concluded in 2019.
On Hulu, you can catch “The Reboot,” where Glo Hampton steps into the role previously held by Abby Lee Miller as our coach.
The pair were friends for many years, but Glo recently admitted that they’re no longer speaking.
When queried about whether Abby offered her suggestions for fronting the well-known series, Glo informed Page Six, “I’m not certain if she intended to advise me. At present, we aren’t in contact.”
Glo went on, “She extended her congratulations to me and I assumed she was fully behind the project. However, when I tried to arrange a meeting since we were both in Florida simultaneously, she didn’t seem very keen.”
As a lifestyle expert, let me share my perspective on the current situation. It seems to me that she may have certain feelings about this new development, and I empathize with those emotions. However, it’s important to clarify that this is a fresh series – it doesn’t belong to her.
