Dame Joan Collins, 92, displays her age-defying looks as she enjoys a night out with husband Percy Gibson, 61, at star-studded M&S loyalty launch

Dame Joan Collins looked remarkably youthful as she stepped out with her husband, Percy Gibson, at the launch event for M&S Sparks on Wednesday.

The famous 92-year-old actress and her 61-year-old actor husband were among many celebrities who attended the launch event.

Vicky Pattison, Jodie Kidd, AJ Odudu, and Jess Wright were among the celebrities attending the party at 180 The Strand.

You can now earn actual rewards with the new digital Sparks wallet and use them on anything at M&S.

You’ll still get all the benefits you loved from the old Sparks card, like a free treat on your birthday, coffee stamps, and donations to charity.

Joan looked glamorous in a silver satin blouse, a stylish grey coat, and open-toe wedges.

Her husband, 30 years younger than her, looked sharp in a light blue shirt and navy jacket.

Frida Redknapp looked very stylish in a pair of blue jeans, an off-white vest, and white heels.

Former Made In Chelsea star Oliver Proudlock enjoyed a date night with his wife Emma Louise.

Actress Samia Longchambon and her husband Sylvain looked more than loved-up at the event.

Natalya Wright and her TOWIE star sister Jess looked the spitting image of one another.

Emily English, a nutritionist and food journalist, looked effortlessly stylish in Chanel heels and black shorts.

This follows Joan’s statement that she would never consider using weight-loss drugs, citing the damaging effects she believes they have on appearance.

Medications like Ozempic and Wegovy for weight loss have gained widespread popularity, with millions of people now using them to help shed pounds.

I admire Joan’s approach – she’s staying true to herself and isn’t jumping on the dieting bandwagon. She believes, and I agree, that if you want to be a bit healthier, it’s much better to just make smaller, sensible changes to what you eat rather than going on a strict diet.

In an interview with Hello! magazine, she stated she avoids cosmetic procedures like injections. She confirmed she’s never had Botox or any other facial treatments involving needles.

Regarding Ozempic, she stated she would never consider using it, explaining she’s seen too many negative and unpleasant results on others.

As a lifestyle expert, I always tell my clients that healthy weight loss isn’t about deprivation. It’s about balance! You absolutely can reach your goals without sacrificing enjoyment. I firmly believe you shouldn’t have to live on a restrictive diet – a little indulgence is key to a sustainable and happy lifestyle. It’s about making smart choices and finding ways to enjoy food without feeling like you’re missing out.
