Once upon a time, in the raucous jungle of cryptocurrency, there lived a mysterious trader known only as Bluntz-a chap so canny, he could predict crypto’s tantrums before breakfast and still squeeze in a crossword. This fellow’s latest oracle moment? A cheerful forecast for everyone’s favorite digital hoard, Bitcoin (BTC), and a particularly lively arch-nemesis of Ethereum, Solana (SOL). 🍌
With 327,300 followers hanging onto every X he tweets (no, not the kind the dentist gives you), Bluntz now proclaims: “Bitcoin dominance is going to bounce!” Which is trader-speak for, “Brace yourselves, altcoins are about to get jealous.”
What’s Bitcoin dominance, you ask? Well, imagine Bitcoin as a rather bossy headmaster, boasting about its size versus the rest of the coin-geek classroom. “Look at me!” he shouts, brandishing his impressive market cap while the altcoins look on with envy.
According to Bluntz’s magical four-hour chart, Bitcoin dominance has finished tumbling down a five-wave staircase (no bananas were harmed in this Elliott Wave theory), and now appears to be climbing up again. Five down, three up-it’s like musical chairs, but with more math and less music.
Currently, Bitcoin sits smugly at about 59% dominance, which is 7 percentage points shy of its June high. Hotter than a fresh batch of snozzcumbers, yet just cool enough to leave some hope for the altcoin crowd.
Next out of the sweet shop is Solana, that sprightly Ethereum rival. Bluntz gleefully informs us that Solana is “en route to all-time highs,” possibly growing by a delicious 43% from its current price. Willy Wonka would give it a golden ticket if it wasn’t made of blockchain code.
On the three-day chart, Solana has finished a dramatic three-wave jig to the downside and looks ready to leap. Can anyone say “breakout”? Don’t trip over the candlesticks! 🕺
For now, Solana is trading at $205, which is about 30% less than its January top. But in crypto, that’s just a sneeze-everyone’s waiting for the next big gumdrop.
