Christine McGuinness shows off her eye-popping figure in a tiny black bikini as she celebrates her 38th birthday with a sauna and ice bath

Christine McGuinness turned heads and celebrated her 38th birthday by sharing a photo of herself in a stunning black bikini.

The model looked amazing in a bikini while enjoying a sauna and ice bath to celebrate a special occasion.

Christine confidently showed off her physique in a bikini, striking several glamorous poses for a photoshoot.

With her blonde hair tied back in a ponytail, the mom of three relaxed in the sauna before quickly taking a selfie. She was preparing for a chilly dip in an ice bath.

The TV star shared that she still has many goals she wants to achieve, and recently celebrated turning 38 by relaxing in a sauna and ice bath while on a boat.

Okay, so I’m a huge fan and she just posted about turning 38! Classic her, it was a little late, but so cute! She said she’s a Pisces, born on March 20th, 1988, and is officially a fully grown woman feeling amazing. It’s so good to see her doing well!

She went on to say how perfect Season 38 is: enjoying fresh juice in the sunshine, getting her nails done, and going on a hot date in a sauna…on a boat! It’s already the best season ever.

Celebrating my three wonderful kids’ birthdays! Life feels magical right now, and I’m excited for what the future holds. I’m so grateful to be a mom, and I still have so many dreams I want to achieve – I’m just getting started!

‘Let’s go 38 let’s make this fun’.

A year after listing their £6.5 million Cheshire home for sale, Christine McGuinness and her ex-husband, Paddy McGuinness, are still having trouble finding a buyer.

I was really saddened to hear about the separation of this couple – they’d been together for eleven years. What’s particularly remarkable, though, is that even after separating in June 2022, they’ve continued to share a home. They’re doing this entirely for their three children, who all have autism, and I think it shows incredible dedication to co-parenting and prioritizing their kids’ needs.

According to The Sun, Paddy is unwilling to lower the price of the property, even though it’s only had a few viewings in the past year.

The BBC Radio 2 host is hoping a wealthy Premier League footballer will buy the property, potentially earning them a £4 million profit.

According to a source, Paddy is unwilling to lower the asking price, believing a buyer will eventually come forward. He’s hoping a wealthy footballer will purchase the property, allowing for a significant profit to be made.

It’s not great that a comparable, but smaller, house is also for sale on the same street for £5 million. Plus, several houses of similar size across Cheshire have been on the market for around two years without selling.

They added: ‘He really needs to bite the bullet and drop the price tag.’

A comparable home on the same prestigious Cheshire street is currently listed for £1.5 million less than the price of Paddy and Christine’s house.

I was so excited when I learned what this amazing property included! They bought it back in 2020 for £2.1 million, and it’s absolutely incredible – seven bedrooms, a full gym, separate dressing rooms for him and her, a beautiful orangery, a swimming pool, and even an indoor soft-play area for the kids. It really has everything!

In early 2025, Christine was upset to discover her husband, Paddy, had listed their house for £6.5 million. She suspected he intentionally set a high price to prevent it from selling.

Her friends worried she’d be stuck living with the former Top Gear host for a long time, as the property’s high price – £4.4 million more than she originally paid in 2020 – would likely deter potential buyers.

‘It is so overpriced, Paddy doesn’t want to sell which seems like another tactic by him.

According to a source close to the McGuinness family, it’s surprising that Paddy is selling the house for such a high price, considering they only purchased it five years ago and property values haven’t really increased since then.

The house is listed for sale at a price that’s about 67% higher than what was originally paid, and it’s unlikely to sell at that price. It seems like Paddy is trying to hold onto the situation, possibly to keep Christine living with him for as long as possible.

Christine told him their relationship was over, but it seems they’ll be stuck living together for the foreseeable future.

This news follows Christine’s announcement that she’s seeing someone new, and her sharing of the unhealthy habit she’s working to overcome.

After her split with Paddy, Christine has been actively pursuing new opportunities in both her career and personal life. She even tried finding love on the show Celebs Go Dating, but ultimately left because she felt overwhelmed by the experience.

It seems Christine is dating again, and she’s described her current relationship as a casual ‘situationship’ with someone she hasn’t named.

According to The Mirror, the model admitted she used to share too much personal information when she first met him.

Christine believes she developed an unhealthy attachment – what she called a ‘trauma bond’ – in the relationship, and she hopes to avoid repeating this pattern in future connections. She wants to stop relying on this damaging behavior.

On her podcast, Sophie discussed a recent casual relationship. She explained that before things became intimate, she and the other person talked a lot and she recognized they were quickly finding common ground – a pattern she knew from past experiences could lead to an unhealthy emotional connection, or ‘trauma bond’.

‘That’s the last bond I’d like to build with someone because it’s almost toxic.’

In October, Christine shared how she told her children about her divorce from Paddy, and she was surprised by how well they took the news.

The pair, who wed in 2011, have three children – twins Leo and Penelope, as well as Felicity.

Now that her twins are twelve years old, Christine has shared that they’ve handled the divorce with surprising maturity.

Christine, who works with the Barratt Redrow Campaign, told DailyMail that she has discussed relationships and growing up with the children.

Now that my twins are twelve, we’ve started having more serious talks, and I’m amazed by how insightful and mature they are.

I’m incredibly proud of how my children and I connect as a family. We’re open with each other, communicate well, and always make sure the kids feel safe and secure, knowing that every family has its own unique way of doing things, and this is just ours.

It’s important to show kids that adults have the freedom to change their minds. Whether it’s deciding a romantic relationship should just be a friendship, or redefining a connection as family instead, that’s perfectly acceptable – and they’re allowed to make those choices.

Christine shared that Paddy is a dedicated worker and she really admires his passion for what he does.

She described him as a dedicated and hardworking person, someone who always puts in the effort. She added that he’s passionate about his job, which she really respects.

He’s motivated me to pursue my career and become more self-reliant. I really admire his dedication and work ethic, especially considering the sacrifices he makes being away from his family. People sometimes assume working outside the home is easier, but honestly, it can be just as challenging – or even harder – than being a stay-at-home parent.

As a lifestyle expert, I often see families navigating complex situations, and Christine and Paddy’s story is one of those. They finalized their divorce last summer, but it wasn’t a traditional courtroom battle. They actually settled things privately, outside of court. It’s important to remember they were co-parenting three wonderful children, all diagnosed with autism, and prioritizing their kids’ needs was clearly at the heart of their decision.
