It had been so long since I’d thought about KochiKame, a manga I loved as a kid, that the announcement of KochiKame: Ryo-san’s Billion-yen Beat really brought back some fond memories. It’s amazing to think the manga is celebrating its 50th anniversary – it’s clearly been a favorite for generations.
This game is inspired by the well-known series created by Hiro Mashima. While the core gameplay is enjoyable, it’s even better thanks to the inclusion of bonus codes. I was able to play and get free items, which was a great bonus!

I’m getting off track, but I did enjoy playing Stellar Blade when it first released in 2024. As a story-driven, single-player game, I finished it and moved on.
