Carol Vorderman blasts ‘disgraceful’ Jimmy Bullard for ‘terrible’ move to quit I’m A Celebrity after it sparked dramatic row with Adam Thomas

Carol Vorderman strongly criticized Jimmy Bullard for leaving ‘I’m A Celebrity All Stars,’ calling his decision ‘disgraceful.’ This led to a heated argument with Adam Thomas on Tuesday’s episode of the show.

In what many are calling the show’s biggest conflict yet, Jimmy chose to withdraw from the competition, wanting to leave camp. Unfortunately, this also meant his teammate, Adam, would have to leave as well.

The unexpected choice caused a major falling-out between Adam and Jimmy, and Adam responded with a furious, swear-filled outburst, blaming Jimmy for eliminating him.

Oh my gosh, can you BELIEVE Jimmy? Carol, you guys remember her from ‘I’m A Celeb’ with Adam back in 2016 – she’s SO right! She’s saying he totally could have just LEFT when they were all still in the jungle together. Like, why did he stay and make everything so dramatic? I’m totally on Carol’s side with this, it’s so frustrating!

Because of how Jimmy left the show, the other celebrities got to vote on whether Adam could continue. They decided to let him return to camp.

Oh my gosh, you guys, I just heard Carol talking on the podcast, and she was so raw! She said she was absolutely losing it – angry, then completely heartbroken, then angry again! It was just…intense. You could really feel how much this whole thing was affecting her. I’m seriously obsessed with hearing everything she has to say!

It was really disappointing. Everyone gets exhausted, especially after going through something tough – I’ve experienced it myself a couple of times, and it completely wears you out.

Everyone is starting to feel tired and wonder how much longer this will last. But if he wanted to leave, he should have mentioned it while we were still in camp.

He managed to knock Adam down, but then Jimmy just froze. I wasn’t shocked that Adam gave up after that. It was especially strange when Jimmy told him to ‘stop being pathetic’ – what was that about?

Perrie Sian agreed, explaining that while making that decision wasn’t easy, choosing to do it in a way that hurt someone else was the real issue. She didn’t think his reaction was an overreaction at all, saying she would have felt just as upset.

Carol said she would have been very angry, but what bothered her most was that Jimmy didn’t apologize.

Honestly, it wasn’t even what he said, it was how he said it. I was expecting… I don’t know, some acknowledgement that maybe Adam was just a little worked up, a ‘you’re a good guy, you just overreacted.’ But no! He just called him pathetic. Pathetic! I keep replaying it in my head and I just… I can’t get over how cold that was. It was awful, truly awful.

The Countdown host believes Adam would have probably been less upset if Jimmy had simply apologized, because they’re friends.

Jimmy and Adam were teamed up for the difficult Rancid Run, but when the starting signal went off, the footballer chose to quit and jokingly yelled, ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!’

Adam angrily shouted at Jimmy after he resigned, saying, “If you wanted to leave, just go! Don’t drag me into this. What’s your problem?”

‘All you have to do is run through some mud and you said “I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here.”

Jimmy replied: ‘It ain’t about that. I wanted to go home.’ 

Adam told someone to go back to camp and refused to allow them to give up while he was present. He firmly stated his own commitment to not quitting.

The actor became emotional and confessed he wished he hadn’t gotten angry, explaining he simply wanted to make his children proud.

Jimmy explained that he really didn’t want to disappoint Adam. He understands Adam is focused on his own path and wants to succeed, and Jimmy respects that.

I’m at home with my parents, but my father isn’t doing well. I’ve been having a really tough time lately, and things have only gotten more difficult. Sadly, my time playing the game is over.

As the events happened, people shared their reactions on X, feeling that Jimmy had finally pushed Adam too far.

Viewers felt the actor was being bullied by boxer David Haye after days of intense criticism from him during training.

Fans reacted to Jimmy’s actions during the trial, calling them deliberate and questioning why he hadn’t expressed his desire to leave earlier, as Adam suggested. They felt he intentionally disrupted things.

That’s ridiculous! It was completely unacceptable, and I can understand why Adam finally lost his temper. David and Jimmy have been teasing him constantly since the beginning, and that was the final thing that pushed him over the edge. Anyone would have reacted the same way.

It’s unclear why the other campmates aren’t understanding how difficult things are for Adam. He’s understandably reached his limit after David’s constant bullying. Also, Jimmy’s recent actions are unlike anything seen on the show before – he really betrayed someone. Thankfully, Scarlet and Ashley are supporting him.

Regardless of why Jimmy wanted to leave, he should have just gone. Instead, he stayed because he’s spiteful and intentionally wanted to drag Adam down with him.

Adam and Jimmy are still not talking to each other, and this is causing problems for the finale of ‘I’m A Celebrity.’ The athlete may lose a significant portion of his payment – around 20% – if he doesn’t participate in the show’s conclusion.
