Carly Rae Jepsen shared photos of her baby bump on Instagram in November, with the caption “Oh hi baby.” The photos showed her and her partner, Marsden Greif-Neil, in a sweet and intimate maternity shoot. She continued to update her fans on her pregnancy journey, posting pictures throughout January – from the beach, at home, and even while shopping – as she searched for the perfect lullaby for her baby.
On Tuesday, she shared how much being a mother means to her, referencing the song “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” to express her deep affection.
Last year, Carly Rae Jepsen marked the tenth anniversary of her popular album, “Emotion,” which followed her 2012 hit song “Call Me Maybe.” She celebrated with a fun concert at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, including special appearances from other celebrities and personal stories about the album.
Jepsen remembers when she first moved to Los Angeles from Canada at age 26, she didn’t pack enough clothes and kept asking her parents to send more. But after five years, she realized she’d put down roots. ‘I think I live here now,’ she said, happily adding that L.A. had become her home.
