The opportunity to don these iconic skins and wield their unique abilities is a dream come true.

In Brawlhalla, a fresh crossover adventure commences! This exciting event introduces three characters straight from the Borderlands universe into the arena battles.

A well-known franchise has now joined the lineup of collaborations in Brawlhalla. From August 7th, you can use your Mammoth Coins to purchase character skins inspired by the Borderlands series. Keep reading to find out which Legends will feature in the Brawlhalla: Vault Hunters crossover and learn how to acquire them.

When does Brawlhalla: Vault Hunters start?

The grand launch of this crossover event takes place on August 7, 2024. So, if you fancy joining in, simply navigate to the game’s store, Mallhalla, and make your purchase there.

  • Three Brawlhalla: Vault Hunters crossover skins featuring characters from Borderlands
  • Borderlands related items such as avatars, sidekicks, emotes, weapons, and more

Typically, Brawlhalla’s crossover events last anywhere from two weeks to a month. Once the Brawlhalla: Vault Hunters event concludes, the crossover skins will remain available for purchase. However, other related items may not be accessible unless the event is re-run.

Brawlhalla: Vault Hunters characters and base Legends

The Borderlands series is among 20 other collaborative franchises included in the game Brawlhalla. While each character essentially dons skins for the basic Legends, using the standard Light attacks of their original weapons, they also possess unique Signature kits. These special moves are designed based on their respective source games or movies in terms of animation style and have distinct functional characteristics such as frame data, hit boxes, and reach.

Three characters from the Borderlands series have been introduced into Brawlhalla: these are known as the Vault Hunters. Here’s some data about the original Legends and their weapon combinations.

Krieg — Barraza crossover: Axe and Blasters

In the realm of Borderlands 2, I’m none other than Krieg – a Psycho with a past as twisted as my character. Abandoned in my youth, I took up the life of a bounty hunter to survive. Then came Dr. Benedict, who subjected me to horrific experiments. Some might say it drove me mad, but it only fueled my strength and determination to live. So here I am, not exactly the sanest gamer out there, but that’s part of the charm, right?

In Brawlhalla, Krieg is the first crossover skin for Barraza. His weapons include a slow but damaging Axe and quick Blasters. The animation has lots of fire and the general rampage spirit.

Lilith — Reno crossover: Blasters and Orb

Lilith, a prominent character from the initial Borderlands game and one of its primary protagonists, belongs to the Siren class. She possesses extraordinary magical abilities, which are quite uncommon. However, she prefers to keep secret the origin of her Siren (or Witch) powers. Lilith can be found in all main games within the series and also features in the Borderlands movie.

In Brawlhalla, Lilith is the character who initially appears for Reno as a crossover. She wields Blasters and Magic Orb as her weapons, focusing primarily on long-range attacks due to their speed. However, these weapons have a somewhat restricted damage potential. Her special moves (Sigs) are effective at launching opponents. Notably, Lilith’s animation includes flames from her wings, reminiscent of the original game.

Tiny Tina — Scarlet crossover: Hammer and Rocket Lance

In several Borderlands games and as downloadable content in Borderlands 2, this character goes by the name Tiny Tina. As a youngster, she was subjected to mutant experiments, with her parents also present; unfortunately, they both perished from the ordeal. Managing to flee the grim laboratory with the help of an exploding grenade, Tiny Tina’s life took an unexpected turn towards pyrotechnics. However, the traumatic experience left a lasting impact on her character, making her volatile and unpredictable.

In a new twist, Tiny Tina from Borderlands serves as the initial character crossover for the Brawlhalla Legend Scarlet. Her weaponry, notably a large Hammer and Rocket Lance, inflicts significant damage but comes with the downside of slow attack speeds, making it challenging to successfully strike opponents.

During the Brawlhalla: Vault Hunters event, you can find exclusive skins in Mallhalla using Mammoth Coins. These coins can be bought with real-world money, meaning you’ll have to spend some cash if you want to get the Vault Hunters skins in the game.

As a devoted fan, I’d share that in Brawlhalla, mythic crossover characters will set you back 400 Mammoth Coins, and they’ve tweaked the Light Attacks just for you. Epic skins, featuring unique Sigs, go for 300 Mammoth Coins. The deal of the century? A massive package at 1,600 Mammoth Coins, priced at a friendly $49.99!

Regularly, Brawlhalla offers discounts on crossover skins and items during special events. However, these repeat occurrences don’t happen too frequently.
