Bitcoin’s About to Outshine the S&P 500 – And It’s Got Trump to Thank! 🚀

Now, here’s a tale that’ll make your eyebrows dance a jig. Dan Tapiero, a fella who knows a thing or two about money, reckons Bitcoin’s about to give the S&P 500 a run for its money. And wouldn’t you know it, the whole kerfuffle’s got something to do with Donald Trump. Go figure. 🤷‍♂️

In a post that’s got more followers than a preacher on Sunday, Tapiero says Bitcoin might just outshine stocks faster than a politician changes their mind. Why? Because Trump’s tariffs have sent Wall Street into a tizzy, and folks are selling stocks like they’re going out of style.

“‘Moment of realization’ for BTC. Tariffs crushing analog markets and fears rampant with VIX (Volatility Index) at 40. Authorities and co. sitting by watching NDX (Nasdaq-100 Index) in free fall. Rates will adjust lower but it is a process. Chart below is BTC/SPX. About to explode up.”

Tapiero’s got a hunch that Bitcoin’s doing a Houdini act, slipping free from the chains of traditional finance. And who’s to blame? Trump’s tariffs, of course. It’s like trying to fix a leaky boat with duct tape – it just ain’t gonna hold.

“Tariffs represent battle ongoing in the old analog world. In an attempt to solve old problems: excess govt spending, FX (foreign exchange) manipulation, weak growth, geopolitics, etc. So much manipulation and interference. Can it be fixed? Bitcoin stands outside this world. Free of legacy burdens.”

And if that ain’t enough, Tapiero says Trump’s tariff tantrum might slow down the economy faster than a snail on a salt flat. But fear not, dear reader, for gold and Bitcoin might just be the lifeboats in this stormy sea.

“Unfortunately, this chart means lower growth in the US and uncertainty to remain high for now. Interest rates are definitely coming down a lot now. Gold and Bitcoin as havens.”
