Kaley Cuoco has shared that April 2022 was the most difficult time in her life, occurring just before her divorce from Karl Cook was finalized after three years of marriage.

Forty-year-old Kaley Cuoco, who is known for her role on The Big Bang Theory, was still at home with her husband at the time and was feeling very upset, lying on the floor in distress.

Kaley Cuoco shared on the Armchair Expert podcast that she was completely devastated, crying on the floor and believing she had made a terrible mistake that would impact her future.

‘That is the lowest point of my life I ever had. I couldn’t get up. I was so depressed.’

The Emmy-nominated actress needed to quickly prepare and get ready for the season two premiere of her HBO Max series, The Flight Attendant, which was held in West Hollywood.

I just remember saying, “I can’t do it.” It completely broke my heart. Everything felt so messed up, like there were a million obstacles in my way. Honestly, in that moment, I really thought it was over. It felt like the end of everything, and I was devastated.
