It wasn’t a complete win, but the jury did recognize that Saxon was an employee who was injured while working, and awarded him compensation for his medical bills – which, according to Rahmani, is a result in line with the law.

Rahmani told the Daily Mail that this was the first time the rapper, Ye, had ever given testimony in court. He also stated that their firm was the first to take a case against Ye to a full trial and they are prepared to continue fighting the case.

Jurors told Rolling Stone about the Grammy-winning rapper’s demeanor when he testified last week.

One juror told the news source that the defendant ‘looked down on us.’ She said the trial felt like a waste of time, as he seemed either bored or asleep while testifying – neither of which was a good look. She added that she wasn’t impressed with his behavior.

Yiannopoulos stated that Wednesday’s court decision resolves the first of two legal cases he’s pursuing. This lawsuit centers around Saxon, his lawyers Ron Zambrano and West Coast Trial Lawyers, and their actions regarding an improperly filed legal claim against his Malibu property.
