Benedict Cumberbatch will soon star in a TV series based on Nick Brucker’s new book, White Smoke. According to Deadline, the series will be produced by A24, along with Cumberbatch’s own production company, SunnyMarch.

Although White Smoke isn’t scheduled for release until 2027, several film and television companies are already interested in adapting it.

This is the first book in a new series by Nicholas Binge, who writes under the name Brucker. It’s already been translated and will be published in 23 countries around the world.

The book is a thrilling heist story about a group of deceptive criminals who plan to steal the Vatican’s most valuable possessions.

Benedict Cumberbatch, the star of the upcoming series, was recently seen on Netflix in the show Eric.
